Wedding Packages 2016 & 2017

On behalf of the team at the Westport Woods Hotel & Spa we are delighted to offer you

our warmest congratulations on your engagement. We will be with you each step of the

way, taking care of every little detail, from developing the overall style and story of your

wedding to executing the finer details on the day. We listen to you and create a day that

fits your vision and most importantly, your budget too.

Our Wedding Team excel in making wedding dreams a reality, personalising each aspect of

the celebration and attending to every detail. From the initial consultation, our skilled

planners will organise your full wedding itinerary.

Our two unique wedding packages, The Copper Beech & The Silver Birch cater for all types

of weddings, from intimate civil ceremonies to extravagant receptions. All packages can be

adapted to fit in with your wedding style.

If you would like to tailor make your own wedding package, this option is also available to

you. We would be delighted to meet with you and discuss your wedding ideas.

All our wedding packages include the following:

 Seven acres of private woodlands & gardens which provide a spectacular backdrop for your wedding photography and a choice of beautiful indoor or outdoor welcome drinks reception areas.

 Our Mulberry Suite offers floor to ceiling windows overlooking our gazebo, woodlands, lake and gardens, providing natural daylight and creating a romantic evening ambience with our up lighted woodlands.

 Our Mulberry Suite gives you the choice of top table locations and room design layout.

 We are a registered venue for Civil Ceremonies and we can offer a choice of three private rooms for your ceremony

 A personal greeting with a red carpet arrival & champagne welcome for the bride & groom. Your guests are offered a choice of a welcome drinks reception. (see wedding packages)

 On your wedding day fresh floral arrangements are displayed throughout the hotel, this combined with a choice of table centerpieces, white crisp linen, chair covers and sash, fairy light backdrop and subtle mood lighting all come together seamlessly creating an amazing ambience and the ultimate wow factor.

 Personalised menus and assistance in arranging your seating plan with use of our table plan display board.

 Complimentary use of our beautifully appointed Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding.

 Reduced bed & breakfast rates are available for your guests who wish to stay on the night of your wedding. Breakfast is served up until 11am. (see rates)

 State of the art sound system with multi music outlets available to personalise your wedding playlist.

 For your first anniversary gift we offer dinner in our Lakeview Restaurant.

 Wedding and wine tasting evening

 Children’s entertainment is provided by our Go!kids! Club. Babysitting services can be arranged.
