Annotation: This research work studies the
theory of activity on the influence of the native
language on the development of a foreign
language, and plays a crucial role in the
process of learning a foreign language and
increasing the motivation of students to learn
it. Therefore, language learning has become
such a pressing issue in the life of every nation.

Language is one of the branches
of the powerful tree of culture, thanks to
which a written culture of each nation is
formed, transmitted from generation to
generation. The expression of feelings,
desires and emotions in each language is
carried out in a peculiar colorful and
amusing way, but if they are conveyed
to another language, or expressed in
writing, they immediately lose their
former attractiveness. Each language is a
storehouse of ideas of institutions and
components of a valuable part of the
cultural heritage and civilization of all
humanity. With the disappearance of the
language, not only the students of that
nation, but the whole of humanity as a
whole, lose this heritage and its valuable
experience.
Learning languages has become
such a pressing issue in the life of every
nation. When a student is able to read
and write in his native language, it is not
necessary for him, thinking about the
space and reality surrounding him, to
leave his native language aside and
reflect on the language with which he
became acquainted with the textbooks.
The system of education and upbringing,
as well as representatives of one or
another school as representatives of a
small social sample, can influence the
Thus, all curricula for which activities
involving emotional aspects are
envisaged have motivational goals.
Ways of mastering native foreign
languages. Mastering a native language
is the first scientific training, after
inheriting it from our parents, we pass it
on to our children. Thus, in the first year
of a child’s life, we try to attract his
attention and sensitivity to sound units,
which in turn is the most important step
in learning the native language.
According to traditional grammar,
students must learn a certain amount of
sentences and words, know in which
communication situations they can
apply, and only then use the rules of
grammar and spelling to plan and
express their thoughts. In fact, the more
a teacher possesses educational and
scientific competence and the necessary
professional skills in teaching, the more
the opportunity to achieve the set goals
appears. That is why today the main
focus of the education system is on the
quality of teaching and teaching
professionalism. This in turn implies the
need to form a new educational
paradigm capable of replacing the
traditional approach in education, the
basic principles and approaches of
which are continuous learning aimed at
strengthening the professional skills of
teachers. In this regard, an important
role is played by professional education
and professional training of teachers,
especially at the level of secondary
stages of education. The results of
research in this regard have shown that
many teachers do not possess the
necessary professional skills, therefore,
playing their important role as a teacher,
they face some problems and their
professional skills are at a very low
level. Interaction, being an important
and necessary concept for both teacher
and student, has attracted the attention of
many in recent years. For people
learning a foreign language (Russian,
English and German), the audience and
the lesson in it play a huge role in the
learning process, as they are the
environment in which the main part of
the interaction takes place. Thus, the
method and method of teaching teachers
perhaps the only source of input for
learning a foreign language.
This research examined the
various strategies used by teachers in the
lesson, as well as the level of use of the
mother tongue in the lesson. The teacher
is responsible for communication in the
classroom, while applying a wide range
of strategies that enhance the ability of
students to learn. These strategies
include the teacher’s requirements for
students, repetitions, creating a new
construct, changing the tone and rhythm
in communication, and using the native
language. The question of learning a
foreign language based on one’s mother
tongue has always been the focus of
learning a second language. A number
of studies indicate the need for a balance
in the application of the native language
in a foreign language class, taking into
account the teacher’s intellectual
flexibility and its professional and
pedagogical culture. Language
competence implies mastering the
language means of the native language.
Linguistic competence also means a
system of structural rules and sets of
words that a native speaker has at
different stages of mastering a native
language. Teaching in the native
language serves as a positive help in
mastering other foreign languages. Since
it not only does not create obstacles in
the study of foreign languages, but also
has the potential to positively affect their
learning. According to the theory of
pleasure, a person reacts and responds
positively to any reason capable of
giving him pleasure or reducing his
suffering. Obviously, if the training
takes place in the student’s native
language, it will give him more joy and
pleasure, the result of which will be a
positive attitude and results towards
learning. Consequently, not using the
native language in the educational and
administrative spheres prevents, on the
one hand, assimilation and correct
understanding of the native language, on
the other hand contributes to its
vulnerability, keeping its prosperity and
dynamism. Both factors can have an
adverse psychological and social impact
on a person, and also cause a weakening
society, which is the identity and
common heritage of every nation and
part of the human community. In the
study of a new language, mistakes are
inevitable; therefore, the teacher must
first of all be patient with some errors of
students, especially if they are local.
Thanks to these mistakes, he will be able
to understand how close student
performance is to the learning goal, and
what area should be given special
attention. In other words, students
'mistakes should be perceived as a
valuable feedback, through which you
can identify and correct students'
weaknesses and the educational process
as a whole. Students need to make
mistakes, as their mistakes serve as a
learning tool for the teacher. Some
errors must be corrected immediately;
otherwise they may become entrenched
in the minds of students. According to
the theory of error analysis, as well as a
number of other theories, the process of
mastering a language or any other
educational process should be carried
out in stages, and the success achieved
in this connection is the result of
benefiting from the mistakes made. It
follows from the above that in learning a
second language are inevitable without
mistakes. At the university, regardless of
the extent to which students are familiar
with the Uzbek language, they are
forced to write and read the Uzbek
language, speak and even reflect on and
express their thoughts in this language.
New atmosphere and conditions in
which the child is located, affect him in
a special way. When students at the
beginning of their studies do not feel the
difference between the spoken language
and the educational environment, it is
obvious that he is able to increase his
motivation to study, since initially faced
with new and enjoyable teachings and
knowledge, he does not break the
connection with relatives and friends. He
not only does not lose, but on the
contrary acquires much and if his native
language is not the official language of
the country in which he lives, he is given
the opportunity to learn a new language
along with his native one, and this gives
him a sense of pride, encouraging him to
future, as he grows older and more
mature, he will be able to choose which
language he speaks under certain
conditions. When students are able to
read and write in their native language,
then thinking about the reality around
them, there is no need to put aside their
own language to the background of their
consciousness and think in the language
with which they became acquainted with
the training manual.
Students can be offered the
following types of training: - oral
information; - intellectual knowledge
and skills; - motor skills; - cognitive
strategies. A qualified and effective
teacher is someone who, in addition to
his scientific knowledge, is able to
choose appropriate methods and
practices of lesson management, taking
into account the location and
characteristics of students. We all know
the value and importance of the teacher's
profession. This importance is
manifested in the formation of
experience, reflected in the desired
changes in student behavior. The teacher
plays an institutional role in the
education system and various social
groups, individuals, students and
students make a number of common and
clear requirements. However, at times it
seems that the general expectations and
requirements for the teacher seem
problematic in practice. This is
evidenced by a positive or negative
feedback about the teachers and
teachers, with whom each of us during
our educational or professional activities
have come across. In general, recent
studies have shown that the intellect and
the personality of the teacher are less
important in comparison with his
professional and practical abilities at the
class level and classes. The answers to
these questions could reveal a large
number of skills responsible for the
quality of instruction and the work of the
teacher as a whole. Good teachers are
able to improve the knowledge and
performance of students. Good teachers,
whom we call competent, are able to
develop students' thinking skills,
facilitate their development and
effectively manage the class while
atmosphere. On the peculiarities of
effective and successful teachers, we
still have insufficient information, since
there are many factors outside the
teacher that exacerbate the situation. It is
possible that the purpose of education is
to develop the mental ability of students.
For this purpose, a competent teacher
should direct their efforts and
knowledge to the development of
students' thinking skills. Another feature
of a competent and effective teacher is
his attention to student performance and
the assessment of students' academic
work. A good teacher should have a
sufficient number of skills necessary to
assess the student, should be able to
determine the level of his knowledge.
Measuring tools for assessing students'
knowledge are: quizzes, exams, study
assignments, research projects,
standardized tests. It seems that the best
teacher is the one who devotes his time
to learning knowledge. However, it
seems that a number of teachers,
unfortunately, starting their learning and
teaching, suspend their cognitive
activity, the study of knowledge.
Effective teachers are very sensitive to
what is happening in their class, they are
able to solve existing problems. They
pay enough attention to students and are
anxious to ensure that all students have
equal opportunities and assistance. One
of the last functions of an effective and
competent teacher is his behavior in
class. According to most researchers in
the field of education, there is a
significant relationship between some of
the behaviors of teachers and the
performance of their students,
manifested in:
a. in a clear presentation of the
material on the lesson;
b. in the manifestation of
flexibility in teaching methods;
c. in the manifestation of
enthusiasm in the work, including
movements, gestures of hands and head,
vibrations of the voice;
d. in a sense of responsibility in
action and actions that emphasize
learning and student performance;
e. in providing students with the
opportunity to study and comprehend
knowledge, apply their ideas, encourage
them so that they can express their
opinion and confirm it;
f. in the organizational application
of educational material: repetition of the
material studied, the ability to relate to
each other individual educational
materials;
In the development of questions of
various levels of complexity, including
issues that include the words: what,
where, why and how. The teacher to
achieve the main goal of teaching
students should use a number of
opportunities and methods, encourage
students, provide them with an
atmosphere of continuous learning, draw
their attention, move among them, love
and take care in their attitude.
