PROGRAM ADVISOR

Your Program Advisor has a thorough knowledge of a degree program. Your Program Advisor can help you ensure that you are following the requirements and structure of the degree program as well as qualify you in your program at the end of your degree. You should contact your Program Advisor if you have any enquiries of an administrative manner regarding your degree at UON.

PROGRAM CONVENOR

Your Program Convenor is an academic staff member with overall responsibility for the management and quality of your program. Your Program Convenor is a good person to contact for advice on academic matters, including career advice and course recommendations to suit your interests and study plans.

Each degree program at the UON has a Program Convenor and Program Advisor whom you may contact for advice and support. You will find a list of these for each program below.

STUDENT HUBS

The Student Hubs are the first point of contact for essential student services at the University of Newcastle. Each Hub offers a place to access information about the University's facilities, services and procedures. At the Hubs you can submit and collect your assignments, meet friends, use computer and printing facilities, or grab a coffee and a bite to eat. They are also your pick up point for essential items like your student card, parking permit, and travel concession.
