The eZuce global VSC architecture enables automatic rerouting through a second link to another server.

eZuce employs a global Video Server Cluster (VSC) to power the Viewme Cloud service. Taking full advantage of modern computing and cloud infrastructure technology, the eZuce VSC leverages patented self-optimizing heuristics coupled with an elastic computing model to meet the changing load demands on the system while maintaining the highest availability. This approach also enables massive scalability for meetings and allows for aggregated bursting of the system to meet peak usage scenarios.

eZuce’s Viewme Cloud service is a software based collaboration service that is designed to leverage today’s cloud based infrastructure delivery model. Management, licensing and video servers are distributed via a geo redundant highly scalable cloud infrastructure that ensures performance and availability.
