CHARLES “C.J.” STOS, MRED, PRINCIPAL

CJ Stos is a Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial (“SRC”). With SRC and throughout his career, Mr. Stos has focused on industrial, office and retail acquisitions, development and brokerage. Mr. Stos was key in the acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of over $200 mm of industrial real estate product as an executive of a regional development company whose joint venture partner was GE Pension. Prior to his role as Vice-President of Master Development Corporation, Mr. Stos was one of the top office brokers in the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis. He contributed to over 350 lease and sales transactions during his six years with the company, as well as becoming the youngest member to be elected to the Advisory Board of CB Richard Ellis Orange County. He is active in a variety of commercial real estate organizations such as SIOR, NAIOP and BOMA. Mr. Stos has held board positions at the University of San Diego Alumni Real Estate Association and the Skipper Board at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club where he was a board member from 2008- 2013 and the 2012 Chairman. Mr. Stos is Co-Founder of the Young Presidents of America Society which raises money for charitable causes. He has been a featured speaker numerous times at the University of Southern California and the University of San Diego as well as at commercial real estate conferences organized by reputable organizations such as Real Share and CREW. Mr. Stos was co-owner of ARK Management, a regional residential association management company based in San Diego. Along with the help of his partner, Adam Robinson, the pair grew ARK Management from 2009-2013 when they sold the company to a competitor. Mr. Stos is also an investor in multiple operating businesses. Mr. Stos’s career has focused on establishing the visions and strategies necessary to create successful “Value-Add” commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Stos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Diego where he graduated Cum Laude Honors in 2000, as well as a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed real estate sales person.

ADAM S. ROBINSON, CPM, CCIM, SIOR, PRINCIPAL

Adam Robinson is Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial (“SRC”) with more than a decade of experience in real estate acquisition, development, operations, and management. Throughout Mr. Robinson’s career, he has been involved in projects with a combined value of over $850 mm dollars. Currently, Mr. Robinson oversees a portfolio of more than four million square feet of real-estate. Mr. Robinson’s career has focused on establishing the visions and strategies necessary to create successful “Value-Add” commercial real estate transactions. His experience has been focused in San Diego County and has proven to be successful with a combination of dedication and utilization of a strong network of business and personal contacts. Mr. Robinson has been a featured speaker at the University of San Diego as well as at commercial real estate conferences such as NAIOP and SIOR. In 2004, Mr. Robinson became the youngest shareholder in the history of Lee & Associates, San Diego County, and in 2007 he was named one of the “Top 30 Under 30” real estate professionals by Real Estate Southern California magazine. Mr. Robinson was co-owner of ARK Management, a regional residential association management company based in San Diego. Along with the help of his partner, CJ Stos, they grew ARK Management from 2009-2013 and then sold the business to a competitor. Mr. Robinson is also an investor in multiple operating businesses.

Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Procurement from the University of San Diego. Mr. Robinson is a licensed real-estate broker in the state of California and holds numerous professional affiliations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR), Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). He also serves as the president of the San Diego chapter of SIOR.

SOMER REYNOLDS HOLSTEIN, CPA, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Somer Reynolds Holstein (CPA) is the Chief Financial Officer of SR Commercial with considerable accounting, tax, real estate, and management experience. Prior to joining SR Commercial, she was a Controller for LBA Realty, a full service real estate investment and management company with a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties throughout the Western United States and more than $4 billion in real estate acquisitions. Mrs. Reynolds oversaw the accounting and coordination of operations, reporting, and tax processes for the corporate and management offices and several real estate entities.

Previously, Mrs. Reynolds practiced public accounting at Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.(MHM), the top 8 national public firm, and at Considine & Considine, one of the top private CPA firms in San Diego. Her expertise includes tax planning, consulting, audit, reporting, and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts/estates, and exempt organizations, with a large focus on real estate. Mrs. Reynolds graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.S. in Accounting and an Emphasis in .Information Technology in 2002. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.

JASON RICHARDS, CCIM

Jason Richards brings over 15 years of in depth and diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry primarily throughout Southern California. Jason works closely with the firm’s executive team in sourcing, evaluating, underwriting and capitalizing new opportunities. He is a graduate from the University of Southern California with degrees in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the Marshall School of Business.

Jason has founded and managed numerous group investments in the development of and investment in commercial real estate across most asset classes. Past and current projects include the investment, development, management and/ or operation of assets over $100 mm in value. Prior to commercial real estate, Jason was the founding principal of a manufacturing firm that developed and distributed products on a national level through mass market chains.

Jason’s brings a strong and professional skillset that is designed and dedicated to maximizing asset performance and mitigating risk. Jason is a licensed CA Broker and also holds designations from Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Institute of Real Estate management (IREM). Jason is an Encinitas native where he resides with his wife Stephanie and their two children.

JULI REYNOLDS, ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Juli Reynolds is the Accounting Manager of SR Commercial. In addition to real estate, her accounting experience includes the healthcare, construction, biotech, and sporting industries. She also spent 20 years in nonprofit fund raising and community service, including UC Foundation for Public Schools and various committees serving the five University City Public Schools in San Diego. Mrs. Reynolds has earned several volunteer awards including The Golden Oak Award and San Diegans of the Year. Prior to SR Commercial she was at H2o Audio, a manufacturer and distributor of specialized waterproof sports equipment, as Accounting Supervisor. Previously, Mrs. Reynolds spent several years in accounting and office management at DBC Construction, a biotech construction company. Because of her extensive experience, Mrs. Reynolds is a versatile member of the SR Commercial team. She attended New Mexico State University and Cal State Fullerton and holds a BS in Business Administration, and minors in both English and Dance.

EDWARD McCARTHY, SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Edward McCarthy joined SR Commercial as a property accountant in June 2011. He graduated from the University of San Diego in May of 2011 with the Bachelor of Accountancy, cum laude, and was awarded Departmental Honors in Accounting. Mr. McCarthy plays a key role in accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting. He has gained considerable experience in investor and client reporting, tax reporting, budgeting and CAM Reconciliations. Mr. McCarthy has taken a significant lead in managing the cash and operations of properties as well as assisting property managers in handling tenant and lease activity. While attending University of San Diego, Mr. McCarthy worked as a tax accountant at San Diego Tax Services.

SABRINA MCCHESNEY, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Sabrina McChesney is a Senior Property Manager at SR Commercial where she oversees the management of a number of commercial properties including the Lake Elsinore MarketPlace a 425,000 square foot retail project anchored by Lowes, Costco, PetSmart and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Prior to joining SR Commercial Ms. McChesney worked for Abrams & Howells Development, LLC as a senior executive and held a variety of roles in which her responsibilities included assisting with acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, management, and development. Currently, she is responsible for the development and implementation of management policies and procedures on behalf of a variety of local and national institutional and entrepreneurial property owners. Ms. McChesney’s primary goal as Property Manager is to preserve and enhance the value of our clients assets through regular communication and feedback from owners and tenants.

JAMESON JOHNSON, ASSOCIATE

Jameson Johnson first joined SR Commercial as a part-time Intern in January of 2012 and was later hired full-time as an Associate in June 2013. Jameson was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to San Diego to further his education. He graduated from the University of San Diego in May of 2013 with a BA in Economics and Real Estate and was awarded Departmental Honors in Economics. While attending University of San Diego, Jameson was the Torero team captain in the 2013 NAIOP University Challenge, a regional highest and best use development plan competition. He also co-hosted a USD Student Radio called One Love Radio. At SR Commercial, Jameson plays a key role in the company’s growth as a property manager and asset manager. He is also involved in acquisition analysis, construction managerment and marketing.

GEORGE AQUINO, PROPERTY MANAGER

George Aquino is a Property Manager and currently oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial properties along with a few associations in Southern California. George began his career in commercial real estate as a revenue accountant in 2007 for LBA Realty, LLC. In 2 years he was promoted to regional property accountant in which he oversaw the financial activities for the south Denver and San Diego region. In 2011 George transitioned into operations as an assistant property manager for LBA Realty’s San Diego region. Through this he gained valuable experience with tenant relationships and project management. George oversaw a portfolio of over 15 industrial and office properties that included more than 150 tenants throughout the San Diego area. George’s experience with accounting and operations is a great addition to the SRC management team. George graduated from the University of California – Irvine with a B.A. in Criminology, Law, and Society in 2005. And in 2006 he earned an A.S. in Accounting from Irvine Valley College.

JEANNETTE “JENNY” WATERS, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Jenny Waters has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. She began her career with Phase One Development – a Class A office developer acquired by Sempra Energy in the early 1980s. Over the next decade she gained valuable experience managing regional retail shopping centers in San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas for LandGrant Development, Vestar, and DDR Corp.

The following ten years Mrs. Waters specialized in the acquisition and management of Class A office and life science properties in San Diego County employed by Veralliance Properties, Inc. and Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Most recently she managed Class A office product located in the Del Mar region of the county for CBRE, Inc.

Mrs. Waters graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the CSM designation through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
