O r d e r E n t r y allows information to be accessed and entered with ease and accuracy:

w Order Entry Lookup Screens w COD and Bid Price Calculators w Point of Sale Features

w Order Tree allowing search, sort, and display of all orders

Order Entry & Ticketing is further enhanced by a

M a p p i n g S y s t e m I n t e r f a c e where a simple click on a map icon displays the delivery site's geographical location. The job’s latitude, longitude, travel times to/from the job site and driving distance can be returned to the order. Delivery instructions can be printed off easily to accompany the ticket. The location of plants, orders, and projects can be viewed,

routed, and analyzed based upon shipping address and/or GPS coordinates.

Take full advantage of the mapping system interface by configuring your fleet for Autostatusing with GPS. The Autostatus feature automatically triggers and transmits ready-mixed delivery statuses from the truck's signaling unit back to COMMANDconcrete, allowing that information to automatically update on the truck tracking screen. From the standard set of 7 delivery statuses, 4, 6, or all statuses may be automatically generated, depending on the equipment options you choose. This feature not only enhances the tracking of trucks while providing real-time status updates, but ensures accurate times for reporting and analysis.

These are just a few examples of the time-saving features for order entry.

The COMMANDinventory module is an

inventory control system that provides

accurate and up-to-date records for

inventory transactions and accurate

inventory quantities at the time of order

entry.

COMMANDinventory features material receipt entry, usage entry, adjustments, material transfers, transaction registers, purchase order

tracking, and inventory reporting. General Ledger entries can be tracked, if desired.

COMMANDinventory tracks only those items you desire to be under inventory control including those that are used as constituents for another item or sold outright. The system automatically creates usage transactions through the ticketing function in Order Entry

and Ticketing and allows for manual entry of basic inventory transactions including receipts, usages, transfers, conversions, and adjustments.

An Inquiry Screen quickly identifies inventory quantities at various locations. Forecasted needs and historical material usages can be reviewed. COMMANDconcrete Order Entry and Ticketing (CC-OE) The Order Entry and Ticketing module is the foundation of the

COMMANDconcrete system. In this module, orders are taken and tickets are generated while data is captured for invoicing and reporting.

COMMANDconcrete Map Order Entry (CC-MO) The Map Order Entry module provides the interface between the order entry system and mapping software. With this module you can find street addresses and precisely locate the delivery destination. Simply clicking on a map icon provides the delivery site's geographical location viewed on a map.

COMMANDconcrete Truck Tracking and COMMANDtrack (CC-TT)The Truck Tracking module monitors the fleet throughout every phase of the workday to help maximize fleet utilization. The current status of all orders, plants, trucks, schedules, plant inventory, etc. can be displayed in several different screen formats. A drag and drop feature allows the dispatcher to quickly produce tickets and move trucks to different statuses.

COMMANDconcrete Map Truck Tracking (CC-MT) The Map Truck Tracking module is the interface between the truck tracking system and the mapping software. Using GPS technology, the current location of a single truck or of all trucks on a particular job or project can be viewed on a map.

COMMANDconcrete Dynamic Scheduling and COMMANDtrack (CC-DS) The Dynamic Scheduling module adjusts schedules as orders are taken and loads are shipped, graphically dis-playing your truck, driver, plant, and inventory requirements for current and future days' business. The modeling feature allows the order taker to per-form a "what if?" analysis to determine where an order best fits into the

schedule.

COMMANDconcrete Order Monitoring (CC-OM)

For those customers who choose not to purchase/use Dynamic Scheduling, the Order Monitoring module displays orders entered through the Order Entry and Ticketing module and shows the load times of each load as computed by the Scheduling module.

COMMANDconcrete

Modules

COMMANDconcrete Auto Statusing (CC-AS) This feature is designed to automatically trigger and transmit ready-mixed delivery statuses from the truck's statusing unit through one or more generating techniques. With this feature your trucks automatically move on the truck tracking screen so your dispatcher can track truck status changes with ease. From the standard set of seven delivery statuses, 4, 6, or all 7 statuses may be automatically generated, depending on the equipment options chosen.

COMMANDconcrete Pricing & Prep (CC-PP) The Pricing and Prep module is used for correction of pricing and taxing information. This module interfaces corrected information to the Invoicing module or to a third-party accounts receivable system for invoicing.

COMMANDconcrete Time Analysis Reports (CC-TA) The Time Analysis Reports module combines orders and tickets with delivery status times to produce productivity measurements for each customer, project, order, driver, truck, and plant. Some reports are shown with both charts and graphs to allow for rapid identification of superior performance and quick location of problems.

COMMANDconcrete Scheduling Reports (CC-SH) The Scheduling Reports module compiles data contained within Order Entry and Ticketing to compute schedules and report data such as quantity per hour, minutes between tracking trucks assigned, and other data found within the system. Reports show the commitment of trucks in each plant, plant capacity, and commitment for the total fleet. Other reports show order schedules, dispatch schedules, and suggest driver/truck report times.

COMMANDconcrete Executive (CC-EX)

This reporting module provides executive management a means of analyzing the Key Performance Indicators that measure the sales and profitability of your business. Data from order entry, ticketing, and invoice preparation is posted to a data warehouse where it is stored and organized for use in generating

Contribution and Gross Margin Reports and Sales Reports.

COMMANDcredit

COMMANDcredit | COMMANDreceivables

“COMMANDcredit gives us instant access to customer payment history and lets our dispatchers know immediately when an account has been placed on Credit Hold. It even warns us when a customer is about to exceed their credit limit. This gives us the freedom to suspend the order or override it and let it be sent to our customer.”

Christi Hodge Evans Concrete, LLC

COMMANDcredit automatically checks the

credit limit of a customer in real-time once

an order is created or edited.

When a customer’s credit limit is exceeded by an order during the order entry process, a warning window with detailed credit information is displayed. The credit limit is also checked again during ticketing for the first ticket of the day on any given order. If desired, password authorization can allow the dispatcher to proceed with the shipment of an order that has exceeded a customer's credit limit. A

Credit Limit Report is made available with AR

balance, total exposure, shipped orders not invoiced, and booked orders not shipped.

COMMANDconcrete Product Sales Option (CC-PS) This module is designed for special non-ready-mixed inventoried items and allows for entry of orders and ticket printing as a one-step process.

COMMANDconcrete Audit (CC-AU) The Auditing module tracks and reports on any user adding, changing, or deleting records from the master files, including Customers, Projects, and Items, as well as all of the support files such as Plants, Trucks, and Employees. Auditing is also available in Orders, Tickets, and Invoice preparation for tracking changes to orders and tickets.

COMMANDseries Data Archiving (CS-DA)

The Archiving Module provides a mechanism to maintain your COMMANDseries production database while simultaneously maintaining an archived database. The module’s archiving routine saves what you define as “old” transac-tional data (Orders, Tickets, Quotes, A/R records, etc.) and/or log files (data stored as logging information) to the archive database and purges these records/files from the production database, providing optimum database performance for your daily operations. The configuration of the module assures that you can always view online both current and historical COMMANDseries data.

COMMANDconcrete Color Dispenser Interface (CC-CDI) The Color Dispenser Interface module provides a computer link between the Order Entry and Ticketing module and a third-party color dis-pensing computer. The link sends ticket, mix quanti-ty, truck number, and color batching information directly to the color dispensing computer. An upload feature allows color codes and designs to be pulled directly from the color dispensing system into COMMANDconcrete. The actual features supported depend upon the

specific color dispensing system. The interface supports both liquid color and dry color dispensing systems.

COMMANDconcrete Sample Scheduling

(CC-SS) For those customers using COMMANDqc, the Concrete Sample Scheduling module provides a means to manage your concrete testing activities by generating a daily concrete sampling schedule. The Sample Schedule report is based on project sam-pling requirements, delivered concrete volume, and actual samples registered in COMMANDqc.

COMMANDquote

COMMANDquote is a job/quote

management, tracking, and estimating

solution that seamlessly integrates into

COMMANDconcrete.

The foundation of the quote system is the Job for which one or many quotations can be easily created, tracked, managed, and printed. To a Quote you can assign contacts, pricing, products, and distribution with estimated

quantities directly from the job.

Check the status of any Quote at any given time, engage in win/loss analysis and track information pertaining to competitors. Quotes can be easily converted to orders and projects by declaration or by the

dispatcher. Quotes can be delivered in electronic form for e-mailing, printing, and archiving.

You can define the stages of a Job and what actions you want to occur as a Job moves through each stage. For example, when a Quote is moved to the "lost" stage it is automatically closed.

General and product specific pricing may be

assigned at any stage in the process (Job, Quote, or Project). A bid-price estimating tool calculates the minimum selling price based upon material, over-head, and delivery costs. The system suggests a minimum selling price based on the desired profit. The user can vary the average load size, travel time, and costs to determine the effect on pricing.

w Provides historical win/loss analysis from a variety of perspectives including customer, plant, or product w Eliminates redundant entry of information

w Eliminates pricing errors

Benefits of ScheduleCom

w There are no prerequisite modules. ScheduleCom can be used as a stand-alone application.

ScheduleCom provides a solution to the common business problem of communicating daily start times and locations to your internal and external staff. ScheduleCom provides a method for publishing variable work schedules, allowing employees to call in to the system to retrieve their schedule as well as listen to other general or personalized messages. Messages can be set up to require a yes/no response from the employee. Employees have the option of leaving a return message. ScheduleCom records when an employee calls in to retrieve their schedule and/or messages, giving you a record of received recent safety messages, weather scenarios, traffic statuses, or any other important messages.

Targeted at automating the driver call in process within the construction materials industry, ScheduleCom can also be used for maintenance workers, quality control staff, and even third-party hauling companies.

By integrating with time and attendance systems the application provides actual clock-hours to the scheduler helping them avoid overtime situations when selecting employees for the next work day. The interface also sends the intended start time to the Time and Attendance System which can then prevent employees from clocking in before their scheduled time.

ScheduleCom is a simple to use, stand-alone, browser-based application making it easy to extend administration of messages to dispatch offices, remote employees, or home offices.

“ScheduleCom has been a great addition to our daily operation. It is easy to communicate start times to drivers, along with other important messages. We can be sure that everyone gets their schedule, especially when we have to make changes at the last minute. The reports are easy to use and everyone’s schedule is available at the same time each day.”
