dedicated exclusively to Alitalia customers.
Enrolment is free of charge and may be effected on alitalia.com or by contacting the Alitalia local Office. Moreover, you are also entitled to a welcome bonus* of 2,000 miles and receive your personal card directly at home**. It is so simple to get awards!
Miles are accrued by flying with Alitalia, Air One and its Airline Partners, by using the services of Commercial Partners adhering to the Program, or by shopping on Griffair, the on-board Alitalia boutique.
You may redeem your miles by requesting Award Tickets to reach your favorite destinations or to fly in the height of comfort in Business Class.
Besides, you also have the chance to become a member of the Alitalia Exclusive Clubs: Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus, that represent a whole world of benefits and advantages. Each Club carries further benefits: access to the Lounges, waiting list priority, extra baggage allowance and much more. To join the Exclusive Clubs, you just have to accrue qualifying miles. The convenience of the Program is reconfirmed as miles are credited for all flights and for any fare purchased. Up to 300% of the miles for higher value tickets.
* The welcome bonus is allocated whenever an operation is effected within 3 months of enrolment (a flight with Alitalia or its Airline Partners, or a transaction with the commercial Partners of the Program).
** Your personal card will be sent to you only after you have taken your first flight or you have used one of the services offered by the Program’s Partners, and only if you have remembered to identify yourself as a MilleMiglia member, indicating your personal code.
MILLEMIGLIA KIDS
With its MilleMiglia Kids initiative, the MilleMiglia program rewards the globetrotting urge of its youngest passengers. If you have children over 2 and under 14 years of age, you may accrue miles on your account for all flights token by your children with Alitalia. To take part in this initiative, register your child’s personal information on alitalia.com.
EXCLUSIVE CLUBS
If you are one of our most loyal customers, you may become a member of the Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus Exclusive Clubs, which offer special services and exclusive benefits. You just have to accrue the necessary qualifying miles between 1 January and 31 December by flying with Alitalia, Air One, one of the SkyTeam Alliance companies or by using the other Partners’ services, wherever specifically indicated. The actual miles you need are: 20,000 qualifying miles to join the Ulisse Club
50,000 qualifying miles to join the Freccia Alata Club 80,000 qualifying miles to join the Freccia Alata Plus Club
Otherwise, you may join Exclusive Clubs on the strength of the number of qualifying flights* you have token in the course of the year with Alitalia, Air One or the SkyTeam Partners. The actual number required is:

Exclusive Club members, according to which Club they belong to, are entitled to an Exclusive Bonus each time they fly with Alitalia or the SkyTeam Alliance Partners:

The Exclusive Bonus will be awarded on all flights effected in a booking class with entitlement to mileage accrual (excluding any promotions) and is calculated on the miles credited for each flight in Classica - Economy Class (the maximum mileage on which the Exclusive Bonus may be applied is the mileage entitlement relating to the booking classes K, V and T).
Miles accrued with the Exclusive Bonus do not qualify for joining the Alitalia Exclusive Clubs. The Exclusive Bonus will be credited only when status has been confirmed in the Alitalia systems.

FRECCIA ALATA PLUS CLUB MEMBERSHIP “PER SEMPRE” REGULATIONS
PARTICIPANTS
The initiative is available to Freccia Alata Plus Members who have reached the standard confirmation thresholds for 10 consecutive years for the Freccia Alata Plus (since 2008) and Freccia Alata (in the years prior to 2008) Clubs, whether in miles or in flights. The customers must therefore meet the following criteria:
• They must have been Freccia Alata Plus members since 2008, must have reached
the required threshold in qualifying miles for Freccia Alata Plus status
(80,000 qualifying miles in one calendar year), or else the threshold of qualifying flights (90 eligible routes in one calendar year, since 2010), and must have maintained their Freccia Alata Plus status throughout the subsequent period;
• They must have reached the standard thresholds for Freccia Alata status eligibility
for the years prior to 2008.
Customers who meet the initiative’s participation requirements will receive an e-mail or hard copy notice from Alitalia confirming their inclusion in the Freccia Alata Plus “Per Sempre” Club.
BUSINESS forYou REGULATIONS
Ulisse Club
• Business ForYou is restricted to Ulisse Club Members.
• Members can take advantage of this promotion for the entire duration of their Ulisse Club memberships.
• Each Ulisse Club member benefits from up to 2 upgrades to Ottima - Business without additional costs or offer this opportunity to someone else.
• Within the benefit’s period of validity, each Member may request to switch to Ottima-Business class for one round-trip flight or for two individual segments (legs).
• In order to take advantage of this promotion, the member must be in possession of a valid ticket in booking class Y, B, M or H (for Classica - Economy tickets) for a medium-haul international flight operated by Alitalia.
• This benefit may be used by the member or by someone indicated by the member
(provided this person owns an Economy ticket for the classes in question). The benefit must be requested to the dedicated Customer Service in Italy or at an Alitalia office for clients residing abroad, by the owner of the Ulisse card.
• The request can be submitted up to 3 days prior to your flight, and must be requested n o later than the expiry of the benefit itself.
• The onboard seats reserved for this promotion are limited, and standby passengers will not be accepted.
• After having confirmed the Member’s reservation of a superior travel class, the itinerary and/or date and/or beneficiary of the ticket cannot be changed.
• The miles earned on the flights taken in Ottima-Business Class thanks to this promotion are those which are foreseen by the Classica - Economy class actually purchased.
• Switching from Classica-Economy Class to Magnifica-Business Class or Classica Plus-Premium Economy Class, or from Classica Plus-Premium Economy Class to Magnifica-Business Class.
• Is not permitted upgrade from Classica - Economy Class to Magnifica - Business Class or from Classica - Economy Class to Classica Plus - Premium Economy Class, or from Classica Plus - Premium Economy Class to Magnifica - Business Class.

• This initiative is exclusively reserved to members of the Freccia Alata Club.
• Members may take advantage of this benefit for the entire duration of their Freccia Alata Club

• Each Freccia Alata Club member benefits from 4 upgrades that are valid for one year. • Each member may request an upgrade to the upper class for a return flight or for two single
flight segments, during the period in which this benefit is valid. One upgrade must be used for each flight segment.
• To take advantage of this benefit, it is necessary to hold a ticket in the booking classes Y, B, M
and H (Classica – Economy Class) for international medium-haul flights or international long-haul flights operated by Alitalia).
• Beneficiary of this service is the member himself and/or a person designated by him (who
nevertheless must hold a ticket in Classica – Economy Class issued in one of the above-mentioned booking classes); in any case, it must be requested by the Freccia Alata Card holder by contacting the dedicated Customer Service in Italy or the Alitalia office for Customers resident abroad.
• Such a request must be presented up to 3 days prior to the flight and, in any case, within and
no later than the expiry date of the benefit.
• Seats reserved on board for this initiative are limited and no waiting list is allowed.
• Once an upgrade to an upper class has been confirmed to the member, no further changes of
itinerary and/or date and/or beneficiary are permitted.
• The mileage accrual relating to the flight token in a superior class thanks to this initiative is
equivalent to that relating to the Classica – Economy Class actually purchased.
• It is not possible to get an upgrade either from Classica - Economy Class to Magnifica - Business Class, or from Classica Plus - Premium Economy Class to Magnifica - Business Class. Freccia Alata Plus Club

Communicate your MilleMiglia code each time you book a flight or use a service provided by a Program Partner and your miles will be automatically credited. If you book an Alitalia flight online, remember to enter your code in the specific field. And don’t forget to show your MilleMiglia membership card at the airport and whenever you use a Partner’s service.
In the event of any missing miles relating to Alitalia flights with an electronic ticket, you may present an online request for these to be credited using the service “Request miles online”. This service is applicable to flights made at least 7 days beforehand but no earlier than 4 months before the date on which the credit request is submitted.
If there are flights relating to Alitalia Partner with paper tickets: please send us a copy of your boarding pass and ticket, with your name and the MilleMiglia code, within 4 months from the date of the flight, you can do it:

EARNING MILES WITH ALITALIA
With Alitalia you earn miles based on the distance traveled and the class of service booked. Earn more with higher value tickets: up to triple miles for international flights in Ottima
or Magnifica - Business Classes and with a Full Fare Economy class ticket on domestic flights within Italy. And on Rome Fiumicino-Milan Linate (and vv.) flights you earn more miles, from a minimum of 750 miles to a maximum of 2,000 qualifying miles.

You can earn miles from 1st January to 31st December on all Alitalia flights and classes with the exception those for which a credit is recognized less than or equal to 100 miles.
We consider qualifying flights as all the flights flown in a specific class eligible for the accrual of miles; for example all the classes which will enable you to join or renew your Exclusive Clubs membership. No miles will be credited if you are using a bonus ticket or a bonus class upgrading. In case of purchase of Paid Upgrade, or Upgrade Award, the miles earned for the Table valid from January 1st, 2013 until January 31st, 2014.

Air One is part of MilleMiglia Program: you can accrue miles* based on the distance travelled and the class of service booked.

Transfer miles
Transferring your miles allows you to help friends or family get the miles they need for an award.
• You can transfer or receive up to 60,000 miles per calendar year.
• To transfer miles, you must provide the recipient’s MilleMiglia number and e-mail address. • You can transfer miles in increments of 1,000 up to 60,000 miles per transfer.

When booking an award, 25% of the miles required for an award must be earned miles with Alitalia or MilleMiglia Partners. Purchased or transferred miles can be used for a maximum of 75% of the miles required for any requested award. For example redeem for a 40,000 miles award and use 30,000 purchased or transferred miles and 10,000 earned miles.
When booking an award, Alitalia will check your earned and purchased or transferred miles status on your account and the system will consume first the purchased (or transferred) miles up to maximum of 75% and accrued miles with Alitalia or partner will be used for the rest of the total amount of the miles requested (but not less than 25% of the award value).

Buy & gift miles - terms & conditions
The MilleMiglia member acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) by submitting his or her online request to purchase Alitalia miles (referred to herein as “miles”). The sales of miles is a service provided to MilleMiglia members by Points.com Inc., a corporation resident in the Province of Ontario, Canada (“Points.com”), authorized by Alitalia on the basis of an agreement between them to sell Miles or transfer Miles from the account of a Millemiglia member to another Millemiglia member.
1. The person who wants to buy or gift miles must be a member in good standing of MilleMiglia. The same condition must be satisfied by person who will be given the gift. 2. The member’s purchase request shall not be effective until accepted by Points.com.
Acceptance by Points.com shall be evidenced only by the actual delivery of miles to the account of the purchaser or the recipient of the gift.
3. The member purchasing or gifting miles has the right to cancel any purchase or gift, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day the transaction was confirmed by Points.via e.mail. Any request to cancel a purchase or gift shall be communicated to Alitalia by e-mail at: [email protected]. If the right to cancel is exercised according to the above mentioned procedures and deadlines the purchaser will be reimbursed the sums already paid. Refunds will be made in the shortest possible time and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which Alitalia has received the notice of cancellation. If the member does not comply with the procedures and terms for exercising the right to cancel as specified in this section, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any refund.
4. Other than the provisions of section 3 above, the purchase and the gift of miles are non-refundable.
5. Purchased or gifted miles will not count toward qualification for any increased or improved status in the MilleMiglia Program.
6. Each MilleMiglia member may buy miles in increments of 1,000 miles. Millemiglia members may purchase or receive up to 40,000 miles in each transaction and up to 40,000 miles in each calendar year.
7. The purchaser agrees that Points.com may use his/her name, email address, Millemiglia account information and credit card information for the purpose of processing his/her requested transaction. Except as required to investigate or prosecute fraud or as permitted or required by law, Points.com will not use or disclose the member’s personal information for any purpose other than the foregoing unless with the member’s consent.
8. Furthermore the purchaser declares that he or she has previously obtained the authorization from the recipient to transmit the recipient’s name, e-mail address and MilleMiglia number to Points.com in order to complete a Gift Miles transaction.
9. Neither the purchaser nor the recipient may sell, barter or otherwise conduct any
unauthorized distribution of miles purchased or received hereunder. If any miles purchased or received as a gift are resold, distributed or used for improper purposes as determined by Points.com.com in its sole and absolute discretion, or obtained through credit card abuse or fraud or other illegal means, Points.com may, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate such miles and pursue any and all other rights and remedies that may be available.
The purchaser agrees to fulfill Points.com’s requests concerning any investigation or prosecution of anyone engaging in or suspected of engaging in abuse or fraud with respect to the purchase or gift of miles hereunder.
10. The purchase of miles is not a guarantee of the availability of any MilleMiglia rewards. Therefore Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility where the member is unable to use or redeem purchased or received miles.
11. The purchaser agrees to pay Points.com in full by credit card prior to any miles being posted to his or the recipient’s MilleMiglia account. By submitting a request to purchase or gift miles the purchaser authorizes Points.com to charge his credit card number provided. 12. The purchaser agrees that the awarding and use of all miles, including those purchased
or gifted hereunder, are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the MilleMiglia program, and that Alitalia has the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility for operating, modifying and establishing the terms and conditions applicable to the MilleMiglia Program. Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility to the member for, and has no obligation to notify the member of, any action, inaction or decision taken by Alitalia in connection with the MilleMiglia Program. The purchaser hereby agrees not to make any claim against Points.com for any action, inaction or decision taken by Alitalia in connection with the MilleMiglia Program. Points.com shall not be treated as the agent of Alitalia for any purpose.
13. The purchaser or the recipient, under the provisions of applicable law, in the moment of the award request can use the miles purchased or gifted up to the maximum of 75% of the award value in miles (25% of the miles required for an award must be earned miles with Alitalia or Alitalia’s Partners).
14. EXCEPT IN CASE OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND WILLFULL MISCONDUCT POINTS. COM’S LIABILITY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE MEMBER FOR THE PURCHASE OR GIFT OF MILES. IN NO EVENT SHALL POINTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE MEMBER’S PURCHASE OR GIFT OF MILES.

RULES AD REGULATIONS 15. The purchaser shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to these Terms
and Conditions.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Italian law. The parties agree on the exclusive competence of the Court of Rome (Italy).
17. The purchaser may not assign or transfer the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions, or any right or obligation hereunder.
18. These Terms and Conditions, together with the member’s purchase request, constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Points.com with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, if any, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No modification, amendment or waiver of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by Points.com, with the Alitalia’s consent.
19. Points.com shall have no liability for delays or failure in its performance hereunder caused by any act of God, war, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond its control.
20. All personal information supplied upon accession to this present or subsequent initiative are processed by Alitalia and Point.com in compliance with laws and regulations related to the personal data protection and in particular in accordance with Legislative Decree no.196, June 30, 2003 (Personal data protection) in the manner described in the Terms and Conditions of the MilleMiglia Program available at www.alitalia.com.
Transfer - Rules
The MilleMiglia member acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) by submitting his or her online request to transfer Alitalia miles (referred to herein as “miles”).
The transfer of miles is a service provided to MilleMiglia members by Points.com Inc., a corporation existing and resident in the Province of Ontario, Canada (“Points.com”) authorized by Alitalia -on the basis of an agreement between them- to sell Miles or transfer Miles from the account of a MilleMiglia member to another MilleMiglia member.
1. The person who wants to transfer miles must be a member in good standing of the MilleMiglia Program. The same condition must be satisfied by the person who will receive the transferred miles (hereinafter the “transferee”).
2. The member’s transfer request shall not be effective until accepted by Points.com. Acceptance by Points.com shall be evidenced only by the actual debiting of miles from the member’s account and transfer thereof to the transferee.
3. The member who wants to transfer miles has the right to cancel any transfer, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day the transaction was confirmed by Points.com via e-mail. Any request to cancel a transfer should be communicated to Alitalia by e-mail, at [email protected]. If the cancellation right is exercised according to procedures and deadlines stipulated by Points.com and Alitalia, the member will be reimbursed the sums already paid for the transfer of miles. Refunds will be made in the shortest possible time and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which Alitalia has received the notice of cancellation. If the member does not comply with the procedures and terms for exercising the right of cancellation as specified in this section, the member shall not be entitled to any refund.
