1. Go to http://www.Ahola.com.

2. Select Employer Services Login.

3. Click on “Not Registered yet?”

4. Enter your eight-digit Company Access code. You can find your code on your Employee Self Service

registration letter.

5. After you enter your access code the system will identify our company name and allow you to proceed to enter the rest of your registration information. Be aware of that the format for your date of birth is MM/DD/YYYY and you must accept the Terms and Conditions to activate the “Submit” button.

a. Registration is actually two steps. Once you have completed this registration page and selected “Submit”, you will receive an email with a registration link. You must use this link to complete your registration. This link is good for 48 hours.

6. After you have clicked on the registration link you will enter a password (minimum of 6 characters, one must be a numerical). Then select and answer three different security questions. These security questions are used if you forget your password or wish to change it. When you are done select “Submit”.

8. Once you are logged in you will be taken to the Employer Services Page. You will have two options to choose from: “View the Options” or “View the Employees”.

9. Click on “View the Options” button or select it from the left-hand menu. You will be presented with a list of employee self service features. Select the features that are best for your company. Submit.

10. Click on “View the Employees” button. Depending on the options you selected for your company you will have some or all of the following reports:

• Report Retrieval - Enables payroll, quarter and year-end report accessibility. Any payroll, quarterly or year-end report that is produced for a client can be retrieved viewed and printed if required. Reports are available for current year and the previous full calendar year. Employees that have not been given employer contact rights will not be able to use this function.

• W2 Access - Enables employer/employee access to view current year and last year’s W2s.

• Paystub Access – Enables employer/employee access to employees’ current and previous full calendar year paystubs.

• Terminated Employee Web Access – Enables terminated employees to access the same web options that were selected for active employees. Terminated employees are defined as those terminated in the current year or the previous

11. These reports list employees, their department numbers, employee numbers and the dates associated with web features. The reports can be sorted by clicking on the column heading to be used as the sort criteria.

12. You can also set the display range by using the display drop down.

13. If you have chosen to allow terminated employees’ web access there will be check boxes at the bottom of the report pages. These control how you handle terminated employees. By checking the Show terminated employees in list box, you will add all your termed employees to the report grid.

Terminated employees will be highlighted pink in the grid for easy identification. (Terminated

employees are defined as those terminated in the current year or the previous calendar year.)

14. To print registration letters for your employees go to “Employee Registration Letters Printed”.

15. Check the employees that you wish to print letters for. The system default to checked.

16. Select Print Letters.

a. Click on “Paystub Last Printed by Employee” button or select it from the left-hand menu. Click on the Print

Paystub button to access an employee’s paystubs. Note: Checks are not

available until check date. The system will present you with checks for the last two months. If the paystub that you are looking for is not displayed enter the date range and click “Update List”. (Note: You can view checks for 2008 as well as 2009).

18. Left click on the check date that you wish to view.

19. Once you selected check is displayed, you can view, print and or save it. When you are done you can minimize the pdf or close it.

21. To view W2s for an employee select “W2 Last Printed by Employee”.

22. At the present time you can view 2008 W-2s only. When 2009 W-2s are prepared at year-end you will be able to view both 2008 and 2009. Select Print W2, next to the employee name.

23. Click “Get it Now”. The W-2 will be displayed.

24. You can continue to view W2s or select another option from the left-hand menu. If you select “Employer Services” you will be taken back to the main Employer Services page.

26. Select the year and report job/cycle that you wish to view. You can also select to view an individual report.

27. Click on the report name or “View Entire Job”.
