PEAK was originally founded in 2009 by Allan Harkness with the formation as an independent Registered Investment Advisor; as a natural outgrowth of this successful firm, Peak Brokerage Services was formed in 2011 as an independent Broker/Dealer. Opportunities for expansion arose along the way when Allan met Glenn Wiggle, Mike Lomas, Glen Mc- Crary, Mark Clair, Nolan Baker, Dan Neiman and Greg Nelson; individually all of these members of Peak are top pro- ducers in their own right, and as the leadership of Peak, they share a passion for excellence and are committed to the success of every member of the PEAK team. Together they have built on the framework of PEAK to position us as a premier provider of financial services within the industry, both to our Representatives and the clients that they serve.

Glenn Wiggle and Mike Lomas have been known as “The Financial Guys” for over fifteen years, are local radio celeb- rities and have built a very successful business in the Buffalo New York area. They in turn, inspired Mark Clair and Nolan Baker to create The Retirement Guys in the Toledo, Ohio area. Mark and Nolan are also radio personalities and have been columnists for the local Toledo newspaper for over five years. They have created marketing strategies and ideas now used by representatives in different parts of the country.
Glen McRary has been a key player in the formation and development of the broker-dealers with which he has previ- ously served. Over the course of his 20+ year career in the financial services business he has held various positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. With nearly every organization with which he has been affiliated he has maintained the position of top producing recruiter year after year.
Greg Nelson has been a top producer and has written his own retirement planning software that dramatically helped grow his business. He is currently developing the software into a web-based program to help other Peak reps reach their production goals.
Dan Neiman’s expertise includes business operations, budgeting, managing representative client relationships, and public relations through both regional and national media outlets. Dan manages client accounts in both strategic and tactical portfolios, utilizing mutual funds, ETF’s and equities.
