WELCOME

Our first Christmas since 2019 and we can’t wait! Our menu features the best seasonal produce available to give you and your guests a truly indulging and celebratory meal with excellent service in a stunning building. It is available throughout

December for lunch or dinner for groups of 6 or more, ordered 14 days in advance. Wine can also be ordered to accompany your

meal or something fizzy to enjoy in the bar before you sit down.

For further information or to make a booking please contact Sian who will look after all your requirements and ensure your

party is a great success. Don’t just take our word for it...

DETAILS

PRICE

£30 per person for three courses.

£25 per person for two courses.

A 10% discretionary service charge is added to your bill, all going to staff.

Complimentary bread is served with your meal.

MENU

Dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for.

Market availability varies, we reserve the right to alter individual dishes, but it will be minimal and avoided where possible.

For groups of less that 6 guests, we have our daily menu available, which will be similarly festive.

SEATING

Our front dining room can seat 12-18 people on one table or up to 30 over four tables.

Our middle dining room can seat up to 14 on one table with 10 on two further tables.

Our rear dining room can seat up to 22 on one table or 24 over 3 tables.

The maximum party size we can do is 78 on 8 tables over the three rooms.

received your credit card details and confirmation that you accept our terms and conditions in full. Should you have any questions, please let us know.

All the above dishes can be adapted to meet any dietary requirements, please let us know all allergies when you confirm your menu choices as we are unable to adapt during service.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Church Street Tavern is available for exclusive hire. We have a ground floor bar with a capacity of 100 people. Our first floor restaurant can seat 78 people and is also available for a more casual drinks and canapés gathering for up to 80 people.

The following minimum spends are required and if not met, the difference will be added to your bill as a hire charge:

BAR ONLY

Wednesday - Friday 9am - 4pm £1,000

RESTAURANT ONLY Whole Front Room Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 5pm £3,500 £1,200 Wednesday - Saturday 5.30pm - 11pm £4,500 £2,400

COMPLETE HIRE

Wednesday - Friday 9am - 4pm £2,500 Wednesday - Thursday 5pm - 11pm £4,500

Musical or other entertainment can be arranged and you are welcome to arrange your own. Personalised menus can be created. Place cards are supplied for your use. Complimentary flowers are provided but bespoke arrangements can be made with your own florist or by us. Candles are supplied to suit your table arrangement.

Please note there is lift access to the first floor restaurant. Bathrooms are situated on both floors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our terms and conditions are designed to provide you with a smooth booking process and flawless party. If you have any questions, please let us know.

1. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received and verified you credit/debit card details and you have confirmed you accept our terms and conditions.

2. We reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card with the details you provide without notice, in the event of you failing to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

3. No deposits are taken (except for Exclusive Use see below). For any cancellations after 28 days before your party, there is a £15 per person cancellation charge. For any cancellations received 48 hours or less before your booking, the full meal charge per person cancelled will be charged. Any waiver of these charges is at our sole discretion.

4. Your pre-order of food (and drinks where applicable) is required 14 days in advance of your booking. If not provided the charges in point 3 above will be applied.

5. Your booking is made for the time your party will be expected to be fully seated. So if you wish to have drinks in advance in our bar, please arrive earlier. Once 15 minutes have elapsed from your table booking time and you are not all seated, we will seat you at our leisure which could be up to or beyond one hour after your booking time. If you choose to leave at anytime because of this, we will charge your card with the full amount of your meal.

6. Your booking may be subject to a booking duration meaning you will only have your table for an allocated time so it must be vacated by the time agreed. The time given will be plenty of time to enjoy your meal but if you feel you would like to stay with us longer, please let us know in advance as we are happy to accommodate your wishes where possible.

7. For exclusive use, we require a deposit of 30% of the minimum spend 8 weeks before your booking. A further 30% of the minimum spend is required 14 days before your booking. The balance is payable upon departure. For December exclusive use bookings, the deposit is required at the time of booking.

8. For exclusive use, if you cancel between 4 weeks (28 days) and 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your booking, your 30% of minimum spend deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel between 2 weeks (14 days) and 1 week (7 days) prior to your booking, your 60% of minimum spend is non-refundable. If you cancel 7 days prior to your booking, the full balance of the minimum spend will be payable.

9. We are happy to allow you to decorate your table with balloons etc. but not confetti, party poppers or anything that could cause offence to other guests. We would request that unless

We will be closed from 25th December reopening on Wednesday 5th January 2022.
