• Clarerita Higgins vs. Bryant & Stratton College, 4/13/2012, School response satisfactorily addresses each of the issues raised.
• Rebecca Meier vs. Bryant & Stratton College, 5/17/2012, School agreed there were errors and poor communication with students. Rebecca and others were allowed to re-take the ATI.
• Jamie Alexander vs. Herzing University, 4/2/2012, School has followed its policies and state laws. It has also offered the student to retake the internship course and continue to use its career services.
• Kristine Ann Meinhardt vs. Kaplan University, 5/15/2012, Dismissal appears justified, no evidence to support student's claim that her side was not considered. Closed in school's favor.
• Danielle Jackson vs. Sanford-Brown College – Milwaukee, 4/13/2012, EAB suggested another chance if student agrees to anger management and other conditions identified by the school. Student agreed, was allowed to re-enroll, and began her new externship placement 4/9/12.
