THE CHALLENGE

Digital is game changer for businesses. It is reshaping business models. It is impacting whole corporations, changing the relations between employees and corporate culture. Everything is being accelerated. Innovation is the watchword and agility has become the new norm. More than being a simple enabler, digital has also fostered new expectations.

You are the next employees. How should corporations manage this change? What do you aspire to? Choose one of the following topics and design the ultimate company:

Portray the company leadership and management of your dreams

What does it take to be a leader in the digital age? What is the ideal management style? How should decisions be taken and large organizations be governed, in the digital age? How should happiness and enthusiasm be managed? What does tomorrow’s career path look like? What is the future of talent management (recruitment, development, empowerment, performance, evaluation,…)?...

 Use the format of your choice: slides, audio or video file, poster, poem,...everything is allowed!  There is no restriction on the content either: Be creative but keep it short and to the point!

You should be able to pitch your idea in under 5 minutes

 As this is an international challenge, everything will have to be in English  When submitting your idea, don’t forget to:

You will be pitching in the office you chose to compete in. Your pitch should take no longer than 5 minutes and should be held in English. One winning team will be chosen per office.

The finalists will be invited to Paris on July 20-21stto take part in a two-day hackathon to prototype

their ideas.

This will be organized in parallel with other hackathons, involving over 400 people (consultants, hackers, designers, developers,…) battling for innovation.

The icing on the cake, you will even be able to stay for the weekend and enjoy the summer in Paris! Your travel expenses and accommodation costs for the finale will be covered by Nextcontinent.

During this challenge, your project will be assessed on relevance, creativity and feasibility. Last piece of advice: Bear in mind that ideas will have to lead to concrete prototypes that could be implemented in companies.
