Termite control system

1st Solution: Chemical spraying

1. Check termite inside unit, and all critical areas • Building skirt in the building

• Electrical plug

• Door frame, window frame, and all wooden furniture

2. Spray chemical direct to in-unit wood, building skirt, door frame, window frame, and all wooden furniture

2nd Solution: Chemical injection

1. Indoor area: Drilling, filling and spraying chemical on the floor near the wall, size of each hole is equal to one baht coin, and drilling area every one metre. Drilling might break floor tile or marble, but we will take a very good care on this section, and we will also check the piping line first to prevent drilling on the pipe.

2. Outdoor area: Inject chemical to all area for

preventing termite problem and destroy termite nest outside the building

Remark: Outside chemical which inject into the ground will not last very long as many

(2)

3. Drilling furniture for chemical injection • Drill only critical area • Drill only place hard to see

• Attempt to drill as small as hole should be

4. Spray chemical on the ceiling

• Check if ceiling can be spray • Spray chemical to critical area • If the ceiling is unable to get in, we

will take out light bulb and spray as much as possible

5. Our service team will decorate the hole with cement and color back to similar floor color • Wooden floor: plug a hole with wooden lid and rub with lacquer

3rd Solution: Pipe & Soil Treatment

A pipe treatment is laid out according to the floor plan of a structure and is disposed below the structure foundation slab. Pump means communicate with the pipe system to cause circulation of insecticide. The pipe members have apertures formed therein to permit the distribution of insecticide into the ground thereby preventing infestation by termites.

Chemical soil treatment is injected around the perimeter and sub-floor of a building to eradicate termites attempting to gain entry into the building through a treated soil area.

The present invention relates to an underground pipe system for infusing a surrounding ground area with insecticide for three-year contract service.

• Quickly, efficiently, and conveniently at a future time rather than drill holes along both sides of all foundation and other walls followed by the injection of insecticide into the holes • Avoid damage your high quality floor / tile which also causes saturation of the soil around

the foundation with the intended result of repelling termites • Avoid carrying chemical into the building

for residents’ safety

• PN 12.5 pipe line, 21.4 mm exterior diameter, 2 mm thick, made from high-quality and durable materials, long-lasting and meets the standard of BS HEAVY of the United Kingdom

Pipe and soil treatment procedure 1. Starting the job: Typically,

prior to the pouring of slab concrete, the floor plan of the structure is utilized so that the piping is laid along all wall lines and posts, all plumbing and waterline laterals, and any structural

section which is expected to include a wood floor at a future time. Slots or apertures are formed in the piping in every single metre so that the insecticide can flow into the ground along the pipe. After laid out, 1 – 2 metres of the pipe will be remained for the future chemical injection, it is the employer’s responsibility to take care of this remaining pipe.

2. After laying the

pipe: Every metre will be injected by 3 litres-termiticide through the chemical pressure

machine and follow by 2 litres-chemical spraying over the area inside the building.

3. Chemical injection outside the building: Every metre will be injected by 3 litres-termiticide

through the chemical pressure machine and follow by 2 litres-chemical spraying over the area outside for 1 metre distance away from the building.

4. Head pipe keeper: After laid out the pipe and chemical injection into all area, our

technicians will keep all ended pipes, cover with the lid and store in the box, which is not only look tidy but also conveniently for the future usage.

Example of head pipe box

5. Termite check-up program: The company has a reliable plan for checking and following up

each service program during the period scheduled in the contract. There are mobile units, which perform a six-month check-up for three-year contract service. For a particular case or problem, we generally discuss the details of treatment with the customer. In case, a problem arises during regular service, a simple phone call to our office will dispatch a technician to sort out the situation within 24 hours.

6. Warranty: A warranty card of three-year-guarantee in termite control will be issued to the

customer at the last day of chemical injection after full payment. Chemical use: Agenda 25 EC (Fipronil) or Maxxthor 10 SC (Bifenthrin)

4th Solution: Exterra Termite Interception and Baiting System

Termite baiting with Exterra

• Use Requiem as termite bait by adding to in-ground and above-ground stations around the building (Requiem is a chitin synthesis inhibitor)

• The termites feed on the Requiem and take it back to the colony where it is fed slowly throughout the entire colony. Since the termites die gradually, they do not associate the colony’s demise with the consumption of Requiem. This ensures that the entire colony is eliminated.

• Requiem is very low in toxicity to you and your pets, it

contains less than a gram of an active ingredient less toxic than table salt.

• Within 3 months the colony will be eliminated, if there is any termite damage occur after using our product, our company shall be the sole responded for the damage of not exceeding 1.5 times of the contract rate agreement (only build-in furniture and in-house building)

Step in the Exterra Management program

1. Determine the nature of the threat to your property and recommend optimal placement of the Exterra Termite Monitoring Stations

(7)

3. Place Exterra in-ground stations around your property • Dig out the soil for setting up stations

• Add Focus Termite Attractant into the stations • Set up the station

4. Place Exterra in-concrete stations around your property

• Drill concrete for setting up stations

• Add Focus Termite Attractant into the stations • Set up the station

5. If termites are in your home, Above-ground Stations are installed. Above-ground Stations allow your termite problem to be dealt with immediately, right at the point of termite attack.

(8)

6. Our service team will weekly check in-ground and above-ground stations for the first 3 months of installation

• Check termite in-ground or in-concrete stations around your property • Check Requiem termite bait for above-ground station in unit

• If Requiem bait in the station are still full, our team will not add more bait but will spray for humidity
