Its thin client architecture is an open platform that can support any application deployable on a browser whether it’s one of Epic Data’s manufacturing solutions or an ERP, SCM, CRM, or WMS application.

Network security is improved as exposure to viruses and mal-ware are limited by tight control of the software components on a
centralized boot server. Terminals can be configured to only boot from or connect to specific application servers limiting the exposure to unapproved applications. A centralized terminal image also ensures that the latest version of an application is deployed thereby reducing system management costs by eliminating the need to support individual devices.
When data security is required, the UniView Terminal architecture can be configured to process each field on the application server ensuring that no information is resident on the terminal or saved to an external storage device through the terminal.

IntegraTrak helps manufacturers to track, manage and efficiently move selected
materials and assets. It provides real-time item location and status that improves
production efficiency, avoids costly delays while reducing safety stock.
IntegraTrak lets production workers expedite material flow and maintain
high productivity by capturing, in real-time, parts movements in stores,
in transit and on the shop floor. Production workers and managers can
quickly solve logistics problems, or expedite materials to keep production
lines running.
Track items in IntegraTrak for your manufacturing

• Receiving – Unique identifiers or serial numbers are assigned to each
item or group of items. Bar codes, magnetic stripes, or RFID tags can be applied to identify each item
• Storage – IntegraTrak keeps track of the item’s location for quick
retrieval, including storing newly received raw materials inventory, sub-assemblies, finished goods and spare parts and tools/ moulds/dies to be used for production at a later date
• Movement – When items are moved from one location to another, IntegraTrak captures the work orders item identifier, its new
location and the user performing the move
• Shipping – As each item is delivered, IntegraTrak saves an audit trail of the move history for the order/item enabling the
performance and accuracy of the logistics process be measured and reported
