enterpriSe all-in-one is an integrated recruitment agency solution that streamlines the total recruitment process across the whole business - seamlessly combining front and back office functions.

It is based on Microsoft SQL Server which offers many advantages, not least it’s scalable for

potentially unlimited users and database size without affecting performance.

Instant information everywhere

As there is just one database there’s no need to link different functions. All users have instant access to all information which enhances service and speeds up processes. It simplifies and improves working methods, helps recruiters to match candidates with the right job and track every detail of the placement right through to payment.

Organisations can eradicate any need for double entry - as soon as a booking is registered - be it a client or candidate - all the right information is instantly available to payroll so there’s no need to export and re-import any data.

With just one database for all branches and front and back office functions agencies can also eliminate the need for any duplication between branches.

Better personal service

As enterpriSe is an ‘all-in-one’ solution, front office consultants have the ability to access payslip information along with associated timesheet, holiday pay and AWR information. By having access to this information they can deal with any questions from candidates immediately rather than referring questions to the payroll department.

Comply with regulations

Intersoftware helps agencies to keep on top of the latest regulations. For example, there are compulsory and wide ranging work-based pension reforms being introduced in the UK. Vast numbers of employers, from the largest to the smallest, will be affected, and although introduction is in stages, companies need to have procedures and budgets in place. enterpriSe also has an integrated Travel and Subsistence module for easy calculation of candidate benefits, and an Agency Workers Regulation (AWR) module. The AWR function simplifies the processand ensures compliance. It addresses key issues such as holiday payment processing, the 12 week count and pauses in work. This dramatically reduces back office administration by eliminating weekly manual adjustments. Both modules encompass comprehensive reporting functions and audit trails.

Easy to use

It is easy and quick for consultants to manage high volumes of multiple and disparate bookings with simple-to-use colour coding and familiar Windows and Google-type search facilities. There is also a handy bolt-on SMS and email function for easy communications with clients and candidates.

Cloud Computing

A comprehensive candidate, client & job matching database solution, that streamlines the management of the recruitment process from initial registration through every stage of employment, ultimately to payment. Detailed information is displayed in an easy to understand way and new records are quick and easy to create. Documents can be imported and content automatically interpreted or extracted. It is also possible to attach and link photos or scanned documents such as a work permits, drivers licences, maps etc.

The features include an “Outlook-style” calendar and call logging system for relationship management. Combined with the use of mail merge, SMS and email functions give the user options to communicate, en-masse, efficiently through a single click.

The advanced search engine offers the flexibility of free text or pre-defined searching. The process of searching by skills matching, availability, location and previous experience couldn’t be simpler. There are also a wealth of management report functions.

The weekly ‘Plan’ or booking browser gives an instant picture of candidate activities over any period of time. The Plan has been designed to help manage volume bookings over multiple shifts. A timesheet portal allows candidates to access – or clients to authorise –

timesheets online.

The most comprehensive pay and bill system on the market, provides a quick and easy way to process payroll, billing, debt control, travel and subsistence schemes all in-house - generating management and gross margin reports at the touch of a button. Timesheet data needs only to be entered once and from this single operation everything else happens automatically.
