02 Top with another piece of bread.

strawberries or bananas, sliced
3 bananas
1 jar of your favorite Lekkco 1 bag of coconut flakes
1 knife 1 spoon 1 plate 1 cup P R E P A R A T I O N : 01 Get excited!
02 Peel bananas, cut in half and insert popsicle stick into each half.
03 Freeze for 30 minutes.
04 Spoon 1/4 c. Lekkco into bowl and melt in microwave.
05 Dip banana into melted Lekkco.
06 Place Lekkco covered bananas onto plate.
07 Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of bananas & allow to cool.
08 Enjoy!

01 Place mixing bowl and whisk in freezer for 20 minutes.
02 Add the heavy whipping cream and sugar to the chilled bowl and whip until thick.
03 With spatula, fold in the yogurt and vanilla until combined.
04 Fold in Lekkco until ribboned throughout.
04 Freeze for 4 hours.

02 Preheat the oven to 400F if using a nonstick pan or 425F if using any other pan.
03 Roll out dough and cut to desired length and shape.
04 Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
05 With a spatula, spread the Lekkco over the crust evenly and place the toppings as desired.
06 Drizzle marshmallow fluff & Enjoy!

02 In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
03 Add coconut & mix until combined.
04 Spoon half the mixture into the pan and press into an even layer.
05 Add 1 Tb. of Lekkco and smooth into an even layer. Add the rest of the mixture, spread evenly and press down.
06 Fold over the edges of the
plastic to seal in the coconut bars and freeze for 10 minutes.
07 Unwrap and cut into squares.
08 Drizzle with Lekkco & enjoy!

D I F F I C U L T Y : M E D I U M I N G R E D I E N T S : P R E P T I M E : 5 M I N U T E S S E R V E S : 6 - 8 S E R V I N G S ½ c. sugar 2 Tb. cornstarch Pinch of salt ¼ c. milk 2 egg yolks ½ c. Lekkco 1 c. milk ¼ c. heavy cream01 In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
02 Whisk together the ¼ c. of milk, Lekkco and egg yolks.
03 Combine with the dry ingredients until smooth and set aside.
04 In a saucepan, combine 1 c. of milk and heavy cream over med-high heat until it simmers. Remove from heat.
05 Slowly and carefully stream in about ¼ of the hot milk into the pudding base while vigorously whisking.
06 Place the hot milk back in the stove and slowly stream pudding base into the hot milk while whisking vigorously.
07 Turn on the heat at med-low and whisk constantly for 2-5 minutes or until it is thickened.
08 Dish into your desired bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

01 Crush 12 Oreo cookies and spread in a trifle dish or tall glass in an even layer.
02 Pour over the pudding evenly to a 1 inch thick layer.
03 Scoop or pipe in a 1 inch thick layer of whipped cream evenly.
04 Repeat the whole process and finish with whipped cream on top then enjoy!

1 egg yolk
1 Tb. heavy cream
01 Preheat the oven to 350F
02 Roll out 1 pie crust 1/8” thick.
03 Cut the dough into six to eight 2x3 inch rectangles.
04 Repeat with the another pie crust.
05 With a fork, dock half the rectangles, leaving ¼inch on the edges.
06 On the other rectangles, spread 2 tsp. of Lekkco evenly, leaving
¼inch on the edges.
07 Place the docked dough on top of the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
08 Combine yolk and heavy cream, brush the tops of the pies with the mixture.
09 Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
10 Let cool completely and enjoy!
