Open to retailers: Monday 9am – 7pm Tuesday 9am – 7pm Wednesday 9am – 6pm Open to exhibitors: from 8.30am.

Setup and Teardown:

Teardown: Wednesday 20 from 6pm. (Nothing may be dismantled before 6pm)

We ask every exhibitor to not dismantle before 6pm in order to give a full

working day to the retailers, and increase the number of visitors the last day of the fair.

Banners/flags:

Brands banners or flags are authorized in those conditions:

 1 banner/flag per booth

 Maximum 3,50 m high

Exclusion of all the exhibitors who are banners producers.

Flyers and goodies:

We remind you that the goodies and flyers distribution on the trade show cannot be done without

agreement of the show organizer.

Action to promote your brand and increase your visibility on the show is charged 350 euros

Billposting:

Posters, stickers ... are only allowed on your booth. We remind you that the billposting inside the

show is prohibited.

Recommendations:

Drilling through the panels or structures of the partitions is strictly prohibited.

Please do not fix anything to the partitions: double-sided sellotape, stickers etc.

A charge of €120 excl. taxes per post and €90 excl. taxes per panel will be made for any damage caused. There is a height restriction of 2m50 for furniture at the stand.

• Dummy

At the entrance of Sport-Achat, a space is dedicated for dummies dressed with exhibitors wear. A descriptive card with the product name and the booth number takes place under every dummy.

The space cost 330 € HT (excl VAT), including a dummy.

• Additional services on the stand

For additional requirements (storage area, extra spotlights, fixed display racks etc.) please

• Electricity meter

We supply the electricity to provide lighting for stands fewer than 24 sq m and this is included in the price of the stand. However, if you require any additional electricity (lighting, fridge, coffee machine etc.) you need to order a separate 3 kW meter at a cost of € 268 excl. taxes. A charge of €59 excl. taxes per extra kW will be made for stands where additional power is needed to fulfil the electricity requirements.

• Parking

Exhibitor parking: 37€excl. taxes per vehicle for the 3 days of the show and the set-up day. For collection

on-site.

• Telephone

A telephone line, fax and Internet access will be provided free of charge in the organisation area for you to use.

Insurance:

Exhibits are not insured against theft.

Security at night is provided throughout the show, but we recommend extending the cover provided under your own insurance policy for the duration of Sport-Achat.

Catalogue:

A catalogue with details of all exhibitors will be given to all visitors free of charge.

Badges:

Badges are free, but must be worn on entry to Sport-Achat.

Please send us a list of all the company personnel present at your stand by 1st February 2013 so that we can prepare their badges in advance.

Security:

There will be 24-hour security at the show.

Transport:

Log on to the website www.sport-achat.com to receive an Air France voucher entitling you to up to 45% discount.

Tools:

Upon request we can supply you with invitations free of charge to accompany mailshots to your retailers. Similarly, you will be provided with a small logo “exhibiting at Sport-Achat” if you want to publicise your participation at the show in your advertising.
