Installation Instructions
MAC: Using Firefox
From the page, My Meetings, click the button, Join Using VL.
Download the Virtual Learning Application.
Choose the button, OK.
This message appears on your screen.

Double click, Virtual Learning.app.
Click the button, Open. If you want to dismiss future warnings from this disk image, place a check mark next to, “Don’t warn me when opening
applications on this disk image.
If Adobe AIR is not installed on your computer, the system presents you with an auto installer.
Check to have application automatically start after installation and click the button, Continue

Click, I Agree.
You will see the Virtual
Learning Application’s
progress bar.

Followed by another open warning message, if you did not select the “don’t warn” option earlier.
Confirmation of install is received.
Return to My Meetings and click the button,
Join Using VL App.

From the page, My Meetings,
click the button, Join Using VL App.
Download the Virtual Learning
Application. Once downloaded Go to your Downloads and double click the
VirtualLearning.dmg.
Double click, Virtual Learning.app.

Disabling PepperFlash
In Chrome, go to your plugins by using the address chrome://plugins.
When you arrive on Plug-‐ins, look for the + Details located to the top right of the page.
Click the + to expand.
Once expanded, find Adobe Flash Player and the PepperFlashPlayer. Click Disable.

Once disabled, choose option,
Quit Google Chrome.
Then log back into Jigsaw Meeting and the message will not continue to pop up.

MAC: Using Safari – “Unsafe Mode” We Can’t Control…So Use Firefox or Chrome
Well, unfortunately, there is one in every bunch…Safari and Adobe Settings. So, if you choose to use Safari, follow these steps.
From the page, My Meetings,
click the button, Join Using VL App.
If, the following message appears.
Go to Safari > Preferences.

Go to Security > Manage Website Settings.
Choose Adobe Flash Player and Run in Unsafe Mode.
Click the button, Trust.

Quit Safari.
Return to the page, My Meetings and choose, Join Using VL App.

VirtualLearning.exe file.
