I real summer treat. Fresh strawberry and lime blended with white rum and ice. The best way to take the heat out of the Central Otago sun.

Old Fashioned- $17

Carefully stirred Woodford Reserve bourbon made over the course of 10 minutes. Hints of bitters and orange come through. Smooth, sweet(ish) and strong!

Margarita- $13

Cocktail consisting of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice served with salt on the rim of the glass. The drink is served shaken with ice or blended with ice (frozen margarita).

Cosmopolitan- $14

There are only a few vodka cocktails important enough that every bartender should know how to make them. This perfect blend of vodka lime and cranberry is one of them. Fresh and tasty!

(7)

The Gin Fizz has a very light, sour citrus flavor that allows the gin to shine through. Because of this, we only use quality gin.

Opihr Tom Collins -$15

Created in the late 1800s, the Tom Collins is said to be named after a wide-spread practical joke that swept the country. This cocktail, however, is no joke
