Electronic Signatures in agencies / shops

Easy use of devices that capture signatures and the possibility to choose different equipment. Using the device displayas an advertising channel (videos, photos) when it is on inactive mode. Support for iPad, Android and Windows RT tablets. Support for Citrix and Windows Terminal Services.

Possibility to check signatures in real time.

Mobility on the Collection of Signatures

Capturing handwritten signatures on different mobile devices (signature pads, smartphones and tablets). Experience of natural signature identical to the signature process with paper and pen.

Possibility to browse and analyse documents with several pages before signing them. Possibility to attach other documents requested on the contracting process.

It allows the simultaneous interaction and the entry of independent data between operator and customer. The "preview" window allows the operator to visualize what’s happening in the customer’s screen and to help if needed.

Sending documents to be signed by external recipients

The subscribers receive an e-mail with a link to access the document. Follow the link.

It’s possible to revise, complete data and print the document.

Optionally, to increase the security of the transaction, the customer receives a PIN code by SMS or E-mail. The customer signs the document by using his smartphone, tabletor through any web browser.

DEMATERIALIZATION WITH GLINTT

With this innovation, ActivoBank manages to obtain a higher efficiency and speed on opening an account, a high and automatic scanning of processes and an effective saving on paper and printings with the effects that it has on the environment.

ActivoBank launched a system that allows to open accounts through tablets made available on the bank branch offices by eliminating, in this manner, the need of the “usual and until now inevitable” sheets of paper. For now, the customers can sign the contract manually on the tablet provided by the bank, but in the future it will also be possible to use the digital certificate present in the Citizen Card, since this certificate is recognised by the Portuguese State as qualified digital signature.

Belonging to the BNP Paribas Group, the BNP Paribas Personal Finance, which operates under the commercial brand Cetelem, is an expert in the households’ financing.

Glintt implemented a solution regarding the scanning and signature of Contracts that allows to dematerialize the process, from obtaining the customer’s personal id data - through reading the public data from the Citizen Card- to the scanning of the evaluation documents, ending with the digital or electronic handwritten signing of the contract.
