B. Completely remove HVAC equipment from site at successful commissioning of new HVAC equipment.
C. Remove and replace HVAC filters with new filters. 3.4 SCHEDULE
A. Concrete Slabs:
1. Conduct operations to not remove water from concrete slabs during 28 day curing period to prevent cracking or curling due to unequal drying.
2. Perform moisture testing after building is enclosed and protected by roof, preferably 60 days in advance of flooring installation, to allow sufficient time to correct
unacceptable moisture levels in concrete slabs. B. Plaster and Gypsum Board:
1. Maintain temperatures between 55 and 75 degrees F.
2. Maintain relative humidity at maximum 50 percent during installation, taping and curing of joint compound.
C. Finish Carpentry, Casework, Wood Paneling, Hardwood Flooring, and other Woodwork: 1. Control humidity to below 50 percent during installations.
2. Stabilize moisture content in wood and hardwood materials to maximum 15 percent and as specified by applicable Sections.
