5. Tell yourself: “I have w orked hard for this. I deserve a n astral projection." 6. Then state: "I will lie d o w n to n ig h t a n d I will n o t g e t u p until I have

Also, words may n o t m ean m u ch in h u m a n society, b u t in m o s t nonphysical realities, including y o u r visu alizatio n , th e y are b in d in g verbal contracts. A nything y o u say in th ese n o n p h y sical rea lm s will c o m e to pass.
Getting into a Good Mood
11. Take a few deep b rea th s to relax y o u r b o d y a n d m in d . Think to y o m - self repeatedly: "W ith every b re a th I take, I g e t m o re relaxed." 12. M ove y o u r c e n te r o f t h o u g h t to ju s t b elo w th e c e n te r o f y o u r chest.

You m ay also experience several sim u ltan eo u s buzzing sensations th ro u g h o u t y o u r m ind, each v ibrating a t a d ifferen t frequency.
