The Mountain Gorilla

The scientific name for the mountain gorilla is Gorilla gorilla beringei. Today they are in danger . There are only about 630 mountain gorillas. They live in the rainforest and the 1 in Uganda in Africa.

Mountain gorillas are very big and strong. They have got large 2 and small eyes and ears. Their arms are 3 than their legs. Mountain gorillas can weigh 180 kilograms and they can be two metres 4 . They can live up to 40 years in the wild.
