Norman Park Center

Community facility providing programs and services for persons who are contemplating retirement, retired, or home bound. The center offers educational and health classes, social activities, creative writing, exercise programs, yoga, Tai Chi, cooking, singing, tap, line, round, square and ballroom dancing, craft classes, quilting, watercolors, SeniorNet Computer classes and bridge as well as a number of safetynet programs. The center is home to many special interest groups such as the Garden club, Coin club, Antiques & Collectibles, Camera Club, Computer Club and South Bay Radio Club. The game room provides an area for billiards and shuffleboard. Currently, over 100 seniors volunteer at Norman Park.

Also remember to check out your local community, recreation, and/or senior centers as senior fitness, nutrition, and other programs are often available at these facilities.
