I always analyze a decision effectively before implementing it. This analytical approach to problems has resulted in an excellent closure rate on problems. Over this next year, I will continue to work to improve my problem solving skills.

My investigative skills have provided a key resource for a team focused on solving glitches. My ability to quickly assess a problem and identify potential solutions is key to my excellent performance.

I have an analytical mind that is quick to discover the root causes for problems. This is an area which I believe I am a strong asset in. I am able to analyze a situation, describe it succinctly, discover what is a symptom and what is the actual problem, and then offer creative solutions to resolve the situation.

I am adept at tacking some of the trickiest problems we have faced as a team. I enjoy solving these types of problems. I understand how to dissect a problem and discover the core issues so we can make a rational decision on how to move forward.

I have the ability to unravel even the most difficult problems to find potential solutions. In some teams, problems can be a major setback, but I believe our collective troubleshooting skills are top notch. I believe I am a big part of that.

I am an independent thinker who likes to analyze problems to discover the root cause. I understand the testing process and how to discover a solution to a particular problem. I would like to improve this year by understanding when to seek outside opinions to discover other potential options to fix the issue.

I believe I am one of the most technical employees on our staff, yet I can also translate a problem into language others can understand. I have a natural ability to find a solution to even the most difficult of problems. I am very good at problem solving.

Some of our systems are very problematic, but I believe I have a great ability to find workarounds and solutions. Through experience and intuition, I have solved a number of very difficult problems and am always prepared to help out in this area.

I have excelled at identify a problem, but struggle to discover and offer potential solutions. Sometimes I become fixated on the problem and can’t see beyond it to help analyze the potential decisions that need to be made. This is a focus area of improvement.

I have struggled to narrow down the root cause of problem, often being distracted by the symptoms. This has made troubleshooting difficult for me. I would like continued on the job training and a chance to study the knowledgebase to increase my ability in this area.

I have a difficult time troubleshooting problems, but once potential solutions are offered, I find it easy to pick the right solution. Our lack of excellent troubleshooters has shown to be a problem in the past. I am working to improve in this area so I can excel in both aspects of problem resolution.

I believe I am good at testing solutions for a problem, but struggle to be creative in finding new solutions. Not every problem has been documented and I often struggle at discovering new issues and resolutions. This is definitely an area of focus for me and one which I will improve in.

A number of times, I have been poor at communicating problem status until it becomes a small crisis. This has caused lost productivity as I need to bring in help on the team to solve these types of problems. I will work on communicating problem status sooner in the life cycle to avoid these incidents.

I have made productivity a focal point of my management efforts this year and it’s paid off. My concentration and focus on productivity has seen tremendous improvements in our numbers. I will continue to focus on creating new opportunities for improved productivity on my team.

I manage my team to consistently high performance, while still maintaining great employee satisfaction. I understand how to motivate people to perform and my team has met all of our productivity goals this year.

I am at the top of nearly all performance measures for individuals on my team.

Getting the job done is very important to me, and I believe, one of my greatest strengths. This diligent attitude towards work has paid off.

I understand how to properly set goals and use those as motivating to get the job done. This results in a very high level of productivity with little downtime required.

Through proper planning, I know this type of increase in productivity can be duplicated to other staff members and I will work hard to help this happen.

I am focused on working smart this year. In a down economy, we are expected to do more with less and I believe I have been innovative in how I approach work and this has resulted in great performance for the year. I will continue to work to discover ways to be more efficient in my job.

I complete my tasks in a timely and efficient manner. I keep a tight calendar and make sure this results in a high level of productivity. I will continue to work on productivity and become a more efficient employee this year.

I moved into a new role this year and my productivity dipped as I took on new challenges and learned my new position. I know I am a hard worker and I have been working on becoming a “smarter” worker. This next year, I will continue to learn in my new position and become more productive.

One area that I believe I do very well in is working hard to make sure the job gets done right the first time. Rework can kill productivity and a focus on ensuring things are correct pays great dividends. I can continue to improve in this area and plan to focus on it this next year.

I set the right tone with my team to balance productivity and personal needs. This has resulted in a very consistent output from an efficient team. I know hard work isn’t everything, but I have created an environment where hard work is expected and rewarded.

I have demonstrated I am an industrious worker with high output and high quality work. I know it’s important to create stretch goals and have almost met them all.

Though managing a project is not my strength, I know how to execute on the processes required to achieve them.

There is a perception that my work quality has decreased recently and I will continue to work to improve that. With the increase in workload on our team, I have not been able to participate in projects or meetings as fully has I have in the past. I will work to become re-engaged with assignments and balance the work I need to perform.

I have not focused on productivity this year, despite our financial condition, and we did not achieve the goals desired. I understand I must improve my own productivity and create a work environment where my team can be more productive as well.

At times, my delivery has been inconsistent, but I have been working to improve in this area. I have taken criticism of my work well and used it to improve how I work to try to improve efficiency. I will continue to seek feedback and incorporate that into my daily work habits to improve in this area.

Though I have not consistently met quota, I believe I have worked hard. I have not seen the results I have desired and have been researching ways to improve my productivity. This is an area of focus for me this year.

Productivity has not been my strength in my new role and I have struggled to keep with the pace of my team. I need to find the right balance in my work environment. I will continue to seek feedback and work on continuous improvement in the area of productivity.

I am adept at keeping a calm demeanor in all sorts of circumstances. As a steady force in my group, I help others understand how to professionally deal with situations and reduce stress and the potential for problems. This is an area I believe I excel in.

One of the key attributes to my success with our company is displaying a professional attitude. I am an authority in our company’s product and enjoy training others. In the future, I will continue to excel at professionalism.

I work in a number of key customer situations and represent the company with excellence. I manage my team to display a great attitude and respect towards coworkers and the customers. As a result, our team is viewed as very professional.

I provide excellent support to my customers, display a professional attitude in every encounter, and support my staff very well. I value the relationships I have built and act as an even keel for my team, despite the circumstances.

One of my strengths is demonstrating excellence in my day to day job. I project an image of professionalism in each task I undertake and project I work on. My goal for each thing I do is to make sure it represents myself, my boss, and the company well.

I have many years of experience in this field and understand how to meet all of the requirements of the job in a skilled and polished manner. I desire to be known for being a professional in all I do.

I work hard to be professional in every business situation and project a good image for the company. I maintain a professional image and attitude. Whenever dealing with external customers, I project a professional image for our firm.

I project an image of professionalism in each task and project I work on. I have a calm demeanor when working in difficult situations and understand how to diffuse people who are upset. This results in high quality work situations with people I work with.

I work within the stated and informal expectations of my management team. I meet all of my professional obligations and act according to official codes of conduct. I will continue to work hard to be professional in all work situations.

There are times where I have been told my appearance is unprofessional and I have worked hard to improve in this area. I understand that appearance can really drive

someone’s opinion of you and this next year, I will work to improve my business appearance and be known as a polished businessman in all circumstances.

The one area I have struggled in for professionalism is my work area. I understand it is not clean or tidy and this is an area I am working on. I am organization my work area and making sure I have enough storage for my files and that I deal with paperwork as soon as it comes in.

I have worked hard to improve how I work with people and control what I say and do. I know I have fallen short in this area, but continue to work to improve. This next year, I will continue to seek feedback to improve how I relate with others.

There have been times where I have acted unprofessionally and my manager has helped me identify those and quickly correct them. I will continue to work on how I behave and how I interact with my coworkers.

A number of times this year, I have been involved in situations where my conduct has been unprofessional. I did not realize the affect this had on those around me and will work hard to improve in this area.

One of my focuses this year has been ensuring a high level of quality from my work product. I believe this focus has paid off. My productivity has increased and the overall quality of the product is much higher this year as compared to last. I will continue to work in this effort for high quality.

Quality management is not just a human resources fad – it’s something we should all have in mind in our day to day tasks. Quality is extremely important to me. Getting the job done isn’t enough. I continually work towards getting the job done right the first time.

Quality is a measure which has impact beyond just my job. Quality is something I am focused on in my day to day work and I believe I have had a good impact on quality this year. By improving processes, I have seen a dramatic quality increase in our team’s production.

One of the challenges to ensuring high quality across the enterprise is to break down barriers between departments, lead, and improve constantly. I have mastered these components of quality management and understand how to effectively lead quality programs within the company.

Part of making quality a focus at our company has been to review processes, identify weaknesses, and improve them. This has been both an area of focus for me and one which I believe I have excelled in. Continual improvement is an important part of quality and one which I have been a champion of.

I am focused on ensuring our team’s output not only meets quantity standards, but quality as well. This takes the focus off of just how productive we are, but how productive we are when delivering an excellent product. I think this focus has caused us to perform admirably in quality this year.

I have been instrumental in implementing ISO quality management and helping the firm achieve its ISO certification. I have worked through a number of activities and sought to improve our quality measurement for many processes.

The quality of my work is very high and something I have worked on quite a bit this year. I believe that quality is very important to both internal and external customers.

Improving quality has led to improved productivity as we do not have to fix items and the original shipped is the best product.

I believe my work product has been very good. I have received few complaints and most of it is error free. This is an improvement over last year and a focus of my efforts this year. I attended a quality training class and applied its principles to my work. I will continue to grow in this area.

One of my goals this year was to achieve quality on a more consistent basis and we have achieved this goal. We started by building a culture that supports and desires quality. I contributed to building this at work, participated in training classes, and helped audit quality programs.

My productivity has been very high, but quality has suffered. I understand we should not sacrifice quality for productivity. I will work to improve quality so both productivity and quality are high.

I have worked hard to improve my own quality, but this has been at a detriment to the production efforts of my team. In the future, I will be more considerate of others when working on improving quality on my own efforts.

I have not focused enough on internal customer feedback when designing new quality control processes and the resulting improvements has not resulted in higher quality. Since then, I have redesigned how we approach quality and this should result in better quality management this year.

I did not pay appropriate attention to quality management training programs until late in the year. We had a number of lost opportunities to improve quality with this delay and I am working to make up for the lost time.

I rushed the quality program through without properly gaining acceptance among staff and helping to build a culture of quality. I learned from this mistake and have begun taking a much more deliberate approach to quality management implementation.

In a tough economic climate, I have consistently proven the ability to exceed sales targets. This has placed me among some of the top salespeople at our firm. I will continue meeting and exceeding sales goals this next year.

There are many aspects to being successful in sales. I demonstrate proficiency in many of these attributes: assessing needs, finding the right solution, presentations, influencing people, negotiations, and asking for the business. My techniques have been used in our training classes for salespeople. I will continue growing as a salesman and continue finding solutions for our customers.

I believe I am an expert salesman. I can look at any problem and see the sales opportunity. My calm demeanor and firm presence relaxes clients and encourages them to partner with our firm. I close more high margin, high value clients than any other salesman on our team.

In many ways, sales is about building relationships. I have demonstrated that I understand interpersonal bonds and how to forge a partnership with our clients.

This has transformed our sales process and made our product an integral part of the customer’s success – creating an opportunity for our success. I will continue to contribute to our success in this area.

I am very good at selling customers on solutions and not just products. This has resulted in high margin service sales, increasing company profitability. I am a reliable resource for my clients, meeting their needs by finding new solutions we can help them with.

This year, I have met all sales performance targets. I believe I consistently perform well on sales presentations and working with new clients. My business retention rate could be improved, but overall, My sales performance has been very good. I will continue to improve sales retention targets this year.

I am a consistent sales performer. I regularly meets sale targets and provide high quality sales support to his clients. I work well with others and understand the needs of his customers. I will work on meeting increased sales targets this year.

I have performed marvelously under difficult circumstances and place the customers’ needs above my need to close the sale. I have worked well with technical sales staff and sales management to enhance the sales process. I can continue improving, especially in the areas of negotiation, qualifying sales leads, and generating customer referrals.

I have been a very good inbound sales representative this past year. I have handled the customers’ calls with a professional, respectful attitude. My customer survey results and supervisor reviews have both been very positive. I can continue to improve closing inbound sales and up selling the clients on other high margin products.
