ACF opt ion w eb037 determines in w hich order t he It em ID and It em Descript ions come up as a def ault . A blank or 0 w ill bring the It em ID up as a def ault (i.e. f irst ), a 1 in this f ield w ill bring up t he It em Descript ion as a def ault .

ACF opt ion w eb058 allow s you t o select w hich default you w ant t o use w hen doing a search f or Product Group or isac codes. The value you ent er here is t he default f or ALL users t hat is displayed in t he " IN" box above. Use B2BM Search Rule f ield t o allow individual users to have a diff erent def ault t hat the one set in w eb058.

By using t he Search Rule f ield in the B2BM program, you can limit an individual' s search capabilit y t o one specif ic category. You may assign the user to search by product code or by a specif ic isac code. When the user does a search, they w ill only be able t o search f or t he cat egory assigned to t hem. This opt ion over-rides the acf opt ion w eb058 w hich is t he def ault search rule for ALL users.

There is an addit ional opt ion that w ill allow t he user t o enter mult iple it ems at once on a select ion screen rat her t han ordering one at a t ime. This feature is based on an individuals log in. To act ivate t he mult iple line ent ry, simply use the program B2BM f or t he B2B module or WSPM f or the direct sales link module program and ent er t he number of it ems per page you w ant to display f or t he user (t he maximum number you can enter is 100).

If t his opt ion is set t o " 0" , t hen no previous orders w ill be displayed.

OPTION 2- Hist ory Lookup-by Orders Option 2 –

Open Orders w ill not appear in t he Opt ion 2 sect ion, just Quotes, Standing orders and Invoices (i.e.

- shipped orders- cont rolled by w eb018 f or the number or days t o go back).

In addit ion to previous purchased orders, you may also st ore mult iple quot es and mult iple standing orders f or each cust omer if desired. St anding orders are useful if your cust omer orders t he same it ems f requent ly. It provides t he user a fast and quick w ay t o order it ems. Standing orders and quotes w ill alw ays display f irst , bef ore any past history displays.

JavaScript s allow t he user t o w rite rout ines that can alt ar t he w ay t hat quant ities and comment s are ent ered using t he brow ser WEBSHOP program.

NOTE: The java script can contain any valid java script commands you desire. When t he java script is f inished execut ing, it w ill only pass along the comment f ield and the quant ity f ield back t o t he order. The w ay it w orks is t o create a java script and give it a t w o character f ilename (f irst

character must be alpha), w it h t he ext ension of " js" . This f ilename must be located in t he direct ory /usr/HTTPServer/ht docs/munics/js (w here /munics is your company name) on your w ebserver. In t he B2BM program under t he it em opt ion, you w ould ent er t he f ilename of t he java script you created (f ilename only, no ext ension, it assumes " .js" as t he extension). When the user select s it ems, t he WEBSHOP program reads t he item f ile and if it detects a java script , it w ill display the quant it y t o order for these it ems, it does not display t he quant it y box, it just displays the quant it y f ield. To order, t he user must click on the quant it y f ield. At t his point , anot her w indow w ill open and t he java script w ill appear underneat h t he comment s box. An example is you may have some it ems t hat the quant it y ordered is a f unct ion of ot her values. You may w ant t o create a script t o calculate the quant it y ordered f rom other values and prevent t he person ordering f rom changing t hese calculat ed quant it ies. You could for inst ance w rit e a java script that displays radio but t ons f or a color like red, black, w hit e, et c., or a size and t hen have t he java script aut omat ically ent er a message into the comment s box w it hout t he user having t o t ype somet hing in, so the person f illing t he order know s exactly w hat to send.

JavaScript is detected by the program, the quantity box w ill not appear.

Instead, the quantity w ill be

highlighted.

The user must click on the quantity field at that point to order and another w indow w ill appear.

comments box. In this case, the JavaScript w ill allow the user to enter boxes and cartridges, then calculate the total number of cartridges and display the calculation and the total amount order.

The user can then click on the Add or Change button and the item w ill be added to the cart.

It gives you a chance to continue shopping or make changes to the order.

The second portion of the w indow displays all the shipping and billing information about the customer.
