By clicking the selected key, you copy all settings on users from the USB disk to the gaming machine. For proper operation of device, all users' data on the flash disk have to be saved in the folder config/auth/users. You can create this folder by yourself, or in other words it is created by the software tool itself, when you click the users key in the backup menu.

GAME SETUP

By clicking the selected key, you copy all gaming machine settings from the USB flash disk to the gaming machine. Setup files are required here as well. They are located on the flash disc in the base folder. If they are located in any other base, the program will not be able to carry out the restore roulette setup function. An example of individual file setup is given on page 19, chapter Game setup.

RESTORE GAME BINARIES

By clicking the selected key, your gaming machine will use for its operation the same ruleta.exe that was created by clicking the key exe binary in the setup menu. In addition to the key exe from manual, there is also the version and the creation date of the last exe from manual, i.e. the date when the exe binary key in the setup menu was last pressed.

PLAYERS DATABASE

By clicking the selected key, the players database is transfered to USB key. Option is using for save the privileges for different smart keys.

SYSTEM UPDATE

By clicking the selected button, you can update any software tool or gaming machine equipment. Here mainly the software equipment manufactured by the Gold Club is being updated. You can update the software equipment by loading all necessary files to the USB disc and clicking the key system update. A dialog box will open in which you select the file (Figure 14) and press enter (2to1) on the keyboard.

You can get system update files from the gaming machine manufacturer.

An example of system update files is presented below.

GameUpdate.Sound ANG 44S ...zip SystemUpdate.Autobackup...zip ConfigUpdate.Ruleta Layout...zip

GameUpdate.Sound ANG 44S ...zip is a file that you can use to update any software within the C:/Ruleta. Here mainly the mechanical counter settings, statistics files, etc. are being updated.

SystemUpdate.Autobackup...zip is a file that you can use to update other gaming machine software equipment. Mainly the Privilege editor, GC terminal, etc.

ConfigUpdate.Ruleta Layout...zip is a file that you can use to update a setup program, e.g.

BiOS.exe and the related tools.

3.1.4 USERS MENU

Users menu is used for users' management. Here you can add or delete users, change the rights of the individual users, etc. Users menu contains six independent keys:

By clicking the selected button, you add a new user.

By clicking the selected button, you delete a user.

By clicking the selected button, you determine the rights of an individual user.

By clicking the selected button, you determine the group to which the user belongs.

By clicking the selected button, you change the password of the selected user.

By clicking the selected button, you change the password of the user who is currently logged on.

By clicking this key you can add a new user. A dialog box opens in which you enter the username and password of the new user in order to access the BiOS software tool.

You can select the username and password on your own. If the username consists of two words, they have to be written together (no space between them). In addition to the username you can also select a nickname of the user, at your own choice.

After entering the data, press enter and the program will automatically add the user. The user can be seen in the green window.

DELETE

By clicking a selected key, you can delete a user that has already been entered. When you click the key, a dialog box will open, in which you select the user that you want to delete. By pressing OK you confirm the delete function. If you do not want to delete the user, press CANCEL.

You have to be very careful here because if you delete the administrator (BiOS), you will destroy the system.
