The main purpose of this study was to know the impact of entrepreneurial education on disabled students. Also to examine the benefits of entrepreneurship education and access the challenges faced by disabled students when starting a business. . In an attempt to keep the study focused, four research questions were posited to guide this study.
To obtain answers to the research questions a twenty-six (26) items was formulated and was administered to four hundred and two respondents upon whose responses data was collected and analyzed. The outcome of the analysis based on the responses of the respondents to questionnaire items revealed that; they (disabled) face challenges when starting a business/ venture and this hinders them from becoming effective in the labour market. Challenges such as access to start-up capital, consumer discrimination, lack of confidence/ limited aspirations, training is not always tailored to individual needs and therefore of limited value to particular recipients. However already existing policy tools are not effective and efficient as the case maybe. Able hands are needed to ensure these policy tools and
supports are carried out effectively to enhance the productivity of the disabled students/ persons in the labour market.
