udvalgte mâneds- og kvartalsoplysninger og i et

specialhrefte ârsoversigter fra og med

1958.

Endvidere foreligger ârs- og kvartalsresultaterne pâ

konto-rer for deres samarbejde, som er en forudsretning

for frellesskabsstatistikkernes kval itet.

1. Ensartede metoder for udarbejdelsen af

statistik-ken over Faellesskabets udenrigshandel og over

samhandelen mellem dets medlemsstater

Si den 1. januar 1978 finder bestemmelserne i Râdets

forordning (E0F) nr. 1736/75 om statistik over

Fœllesskabets udenrigshandel og over

samhande-len mellem dets medlemsstater anvendelse i alle

medlemsstater. Fra dette tidspunkt er alle

statistik-ker over udenrigshandelen, som publiceres af

Eurostat i modsœtning til tidligere praksis i

overens-stemmelse med fœlles principper (med undtagelse

af nogle fâ sœrlige varebevœgelser, der endnu ikke

er harmoniseret, som f.eks. proviant, returgods,

international fœllesproduktion, postforsendelser,

sortimenter o.l.). Harmoniseringen af begreber og

definitioner ferer uundgâeligt til en œndring af

st~;ttistikkens

kildevœrdi og samtidig til, at

tidsrœk-kernes ensartethed i et vist omfang afbrydes -

et

forhold, der isœr er vigtigt ved analyser over

lœngere tidsrum.

2. Kllder

Eneste kilde for fœllesskabsstatistikken er de

resultater, som medlemsstaterne tilsender Eurostat

i standardiseret form.

3. Referenceperlode

Kalendermâneden gœlder principielt som

referen-ceperiode.

resulta-ter for hele Fœllesskabet hvert kvartal og hvert âr,

samt hvert âr i henhold til positionerne i den fœlles

Statistikken over Fœllesskabets udenrigshandel og

og over samhandelen mellem dets medlemsstater

omfatter alle varer, der

Resultaterne af fœllesskabsstatistikken vedrerer

specialhandelen.

Denne omfatter

• dels direkte indfersler og indfersler fra toldoplag

til fri omsœtning samt indfersler til aktiv forœdling og

efter passiv forœdling efter tilladelse fra

toldmyndig-hederne,

• dels udfersler fra fri omsœtning efter aktiv

forœdling og til passiv forœdling efter tilladelse fra

toldmyndighederne.

6. Fritagelser og forenklinger

Fœllesskabsstatistikken indeholder ingen

oplysnin-ger om varer,

• der er opfert pâ fritagelseslisten i bilag B til

ovennœvnte forordning (f. eks. legale

betalingsmid-ler, varer til diplomatiske reprœsentationer og

lignende, visse ind- og udfersler af midlertidig

karakter osv.),

• hvis vœrdi elier vœgt ikke nâr op pâ den nationale

statistiske tœrskel, der er fastlagt i henhold til

artikel 24,

• for hvilke der gœlder sœrlige bestemmelser

(f. eks. visse reparationer, forsendelser til og fra

egne elier fremmede vœbnede styrker, monetœrt

guld osv.).

7. Statistlkomrêde

Fœllesskabets statistikomrâde omfatter

Fœllesska-bets toldomrâde med undtagelse af de overseiske

franske departementer og Gran land.

Forbundsrepu-blikken Tysklands statistik og dermed

fœllesskabs-statistikken omfatter ogsâ Vest-Berlin.

Handelen mellem Forbundsrepublikken Tyskland.og

Den tyske demokratiske Republik registreras ikke i

Forbundsrepublikken Tysklands statistik over

uden-rigshandelen og altsâ helier ikke i

fœllesskabsstati-stikken.

Kontinentalsoklen regnes med til territoriet i den

stat, der ger krav pâ den.

8. Varefortegnelser

Nœrvœrende publikation indeholder oplysninger

vedrerende udenrigshandelen inden for

Fœllesska-bet opdelt i henhold til den harmoniserede

nomen-klatur for statistik over Fœllesskabets

udenrigshan-del og over samhanudenrigshan-del mellem dets medlemsstater

(Nimexe).

Nimexe er en statistisk underopdeling af EF's fœlles

toldtarif, som bygger pâ en opdeling af

vareklassifi-kationerne i toldtarifferne, den sâkaldte

Bruxelles-nomenklatur 1955 (BN). Siden 1966 har

medlemssta-terne tilpasset deres nationale nomenklaturer, og

man har hermed opnâet, at alle Nimexe-positioner

let kan rekonstrueres, sel v om landene har bibeholdt

deres sœrlige fordeling samt yderligere

underafde-linger, der er nedvendige for nationale formâl.

Sâledes giver en enkel omgruppering af

Nimexe-positionerne de oplysninger, der er nedvendige for

forhandlinger inden for Fœllesskaberne.

Fœllesskabsresultaterne opdeles efter

oprindelses-forsendelses- og bestemmelsesland pâ grundlag af

.den statistiske landefortegnelse for Fœllesskabets

udenrigshandel og for samhandelen mellem dets

medlemsstater: Geonom.

Ved indf0rsel er den statistiske vœrdi lig med

toldvœrdien elier (f. eks. ved indf0rsel fra andre

medlemsstater) lig med en vœrdi, der fastsœttes pâ

samme mâde som toldvœrdien (cif).

Ve,d udf0rsel er varernes statistiske vœrdi lig med

den vœrdi, som varerne har pâ det sted elier det

tidspunkt, kvor de udf0res fra

udf0rselsmedlemssta-tens statistikomrâde (fob).

Vœrdien udtrykkes i europœiske regningsenheder

(ECU). Lande, med hvem EF's handel ikke bel0ber

sig til

Statisti-ken des AuBenhandels der Gemeinschaft und des

Handels zwischen ihren Mitgliedstaaten bis zum

niedrigsten Niveau der Warennomenklatur und mit

den einzelnen Partnerlândern in je 2 mehrbândigen

Reihen (Nimexe und SITC).

ln je einem Band wird auch für die

zusammen-gefaBten Nomenklaturstufen der Handel der

einzel-nen Partnerlânder nach Waren gegl iedert

ausgewie-sen.

Diese Verôffentlichung wird ergânzt durch das

Monatsbulletin für den AuBenhandel, in dem

ausge-wâhlte Monats- und Vierteljahresangaben und, in

einem Sonderheft, langjâhrige Übersichten von 1958

an verôffentlicht werden.

AuBerdem stehen die Jahres- und

Vierteljahreser-gebnisse in Form von Mikrofiche zurVerfügung. Seit

1981 werden die Ergebnisse auch über die

Daten-banken von Eurostat (Cronos, Comext, Siena)

allen Amtssprachen der Gemeinschaft erschienen

ist.

Zusammen-arbeit, auf der die Qualitât der

Gemeinschaftsstati-stiken beruht.

Einleitung

1. Einheitliche Methodologie in der Statistik des

AuBenhandels der Gemeinschaft und des Handels

zwischen ihren Mitgliedstaaten

Seit

1.

Januar

1978

wenden samtliche

Mitgliedstaa-ten die in der Verordnung (EWG) Nr.

1736/75

des

Rates über die Statistik des AuBenhandels der

Gemeinschaft und des Handels zwischen ihren

Mitgliedstaaten festgelegten Vorschriften an. Die

von diesem Zeitpunkt ab durch Eurostat

verôffent-lichten AuBenhandelsstatistiken folgen somit, im

Unterschied zur bisherigen Praxis (bis auf wenige

noch nicht harmonisierte besondere

Warenbewe-gungen wie Schiffs- und Luftfahrzeugbedarf,

Rück-waren, internationale Gemeinschaftsproduktionen,

Postpakete, Sortimente und ahnliches),

einheitli-chen Grundsatzen. Unvermeidlicherweise führt die

Harmonisierung der Begriffe und Definitionen zu

einer Ânderung des Aussagewertes der Statistik und

mithin in gewissem Umfang zu einer Unterbrechung

der Homogenitat der Zeitreihen -

ein Sachverhalt,

der besonders bei Analysen über langera Zeitraume

zu beachten ist.

2. Quellen

AusschlieBiiche Quelle für die

Gemeinschaftsstati-stik sind die Ergebnisse, die Eurostat durch die

Mitgliedstaaten in standardisierter Form übermittelt

werden.

3. Berichtszeitraum

Berichtszeitraum ist grundsatzlich der

Kalendermo-nat.

Nach Warennummern der Nimexe und Positionen

der SITC werden jedoch Gemeinschaftsergebnisse

nur vierteljâhrlich und jâhrlich und nach Positionen

des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs nur jahrlich aufbereitet.

4. Gegenstand

Gegenstand der Statistik des AuBenhandels der

Gemeinschaft und des Handels zwischen ihren

Mitgliedstaaten sind alle Waren, die

• in das statistische Erhebungsgebiet der

Gemein-schaft gelangen oder es verlassen,

• aus dem statistischen Erhebungsgebiet eines

Mitgliedstaates in das eines anderen verbracht

werden.

Erfassungssystem

Die Ergebnisse der Gemeinschaftsstatistik beziehen

sich auf den Spezialhandel. Dieser umfaBt

• einerseits die unmittelbare Einfuhr und die

Einfuhr aus Lager in den freien Verkehr, die Einfuhr

zur zollamtlich bewilligten aktiven Veredlung und

die Einfuhr nach zollamtlich bewilligter passiver

Veredlung,

• andererseits die Ausfuhr aus dem freien Verkehr,

nach zollamtlich bewilligter aktiver Veredlung und

zur zollamtlich bewilligten passiven Veredlung.

6. Befreiungen und Vereinfachungen

ln der Gemeinschaftsstatistik werden keine

Anga-ben aufbereitet für Waren,

• die in der Befreiungsliste des Anhangs B der

genannten Verordnung aufgeführt sind (z. B.

gesetz-liche Zahlungsmittel, Waren für diplomatische und

ahnliche Zwecke, bestimmte Ein- und Ausfuhren

vorübergehenden Charakters usw.),

• deren Wert oder Gewicht die aufgrund von

Artikel 24 derselben Verordnung definierte

nationa-le Schwelnationa-le nicht erreichen,

• für welche besondere Bestimmungen gelten (z. B.

bestimmte Reparaturen, bestimmte Transaktionen

eigener oder auslandischer Streitkrafte,

Wâhrungs-gold usw.).

7. Erhebungsgeblet

Das statistische Erhebungsgebiet der Gemeinschaft

umfaBt das Zollgebiet der Gemeinschaft, mit

Aus-nahme der franzôsischen Überseedepartements

und Grônlands. Das statistische Erhebungsgebiet

der Bunètesrepublik Deutschland und mithin der

Gemeinschaft schlieBt das Gebiet von West-Berlin

ein.

Der Handel zwischen der Bundesrepublik

Deutsch-land und der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik

ist in der AuBenhandelsstatistik der Bun9esrepublik

Deutschland und mithin in

derGemeinschaftsstatis-stik nicht erfaBt.

Der Festlandsockel wird zum statistischen

Erhe-bungsgebiet des Staates gerechnet, der ihn

bean-sprucht.

8. Warenverzeichnls

Die vorliegende Verôffentlichung enthalt die

AuBen-handelsergebnisse der Gemeinschaft, aufgegliedert

nach dem Warenverzeichnis für die Statistik des

AuBenhandels der Gemeinschaft und des Handels

zwischen den Mitgliedstaaten (Nimexe).

Nimexe-Positionen ergeben sich daher die für die

Verhandlung auf EG-Ebene nôtigen Auskünfte über

den AuBenhandel. Die Zahl der

Nimexe-Warenposi-tionen ist inzwischen auf rund 7 600 angewachsen.

9. Bezugs- und Absatzgebiet

Nachgewiesen wird bei der Einfuhr für die aus

dritten Lândern stammenden Waren, die sich in der

Gemeinschaft nicht im freien Verkehr befinden, das

Ursprungsland; für die aus dritten Lândern oder aus

Mitgliedstaaten stammenden Waren, die sich im

freien Verkehr der Gemeinschaft befinden, das

Versendungsland; bei der Ausfuhr das

Bestim-mungsland.

10. Underverzeichnis

Die Gemeinschaftsergebnisse werden nach

Ur-sprungs-, Versendungs- und Bestimmungslândern

aufgegliedert aufgrund des· Lânderverzeichnisses

für die Statistik des AuBenhandels der Gemeinschaft

und des Handels zwischen ihren Mitgliedstaaten:

Geonom.

11. Wert

Bei der Einfuhr ist der statistische Wert gleich dem

Zollwert oder gleich einem Wert, der analog zum

Zollwert bestimmt wird (z. B. bei der Einfuhr aus

anderen Mitgliedstaaten) (cif).

Bei der Ausfuhr ist der statistische Wert gleich dem

Wert, den die Waren am Ort und zum Zeitpunkt ihres

Verbringens aus dem statistischen Erhebungsgebiet

des Ausfuhrmitgliedstaates haben (fob).

Der Wert wird ausgedrückt in Europâischen

Rech-nungseinheiten (ECU).

Einleitung

Lânder, mit denen der Handel der EG 100 000 ECU

nicht erreicht, werden nicht gesondert aufgeführt;

ihre Werte sind jedoch in den Summen der

Lânder-gruppen und in den Gesamtsummen enthalten.

12. Mengen

Nachgewiesen werden für alle Waren das

Eigen-bzw. Reingewicht und -falls in der Nimexe

vorgeschrieben- in Ergânzung oder anstelle

dieses Gewichts besondere MaBeinheiten.

Veroffentlichung

Die vorliegende AuBenhandelsstatistik ist für das

Jahr 1976 und alle folgenden Jahre auf Mikrofiche

und in Buchform verfügbar. Die Mikrofiche-Ausgabe

wird im allgemeinen 2-3 Monate vor der Ausgabe in

Buchform verfügbar sein.

Die Analytischen Übersichten des AuBenhandels

der EG (Nimexe) erscheinen nunmehr in je 12

Ban-den für die Einfuhr und für die Ausfuhr (A-L) ,Waren

na ch Lande rn", die nach Warenkategorien der

Nomenklatur des Rates für die Zusammenarbeit auf

dem Gebiet des Zollwesens (NRZZ) geordnet sind

und jeweils Mengen, Werte und besondere

MaBein-heiten nachweisen, und in je einem 13. Band (Z)

,Lânder nach Waren", in dem der Handel der

Gemeinschaft nach Partnerlândern und

Nimexe-Kapiteln (2 Ziffern) aufgegliedert wird.

Preface

ln the Analytical tables of foreign trade Eurostat

publishes details of the Community's foreign trade

and trade between Member States down to the

lowest level of the goods nomenclature and between

individual partner countries annually in two series

(Nimexe and SITC), each comprising several

vol-umes.

ln one volume in each series the trade between

individual partner countries is also shown by type of

goods for the amalgàmated nomenclature levels.

This publication is complemented by the Monthly

external trade bulletin, in which selected monthly

and quarterly data and, in a supplementary issue,

tables giving results from 1958 onwards are

pub-lished.

Annual and quarterly data are also available on

microfiche. Since 1981 data have also been

dis-seminated on-line via the Eurostat data banks

(Cronos, Comext, Siena).

The most important foreign trade data also appear in

the SOEC's more general publications (Basic

Community

statistics,

Eurostat

Review

and

Eurostatistics) and in publications for specifie

sectors (balance sheets for industrial, agricultural

and energy statistics).

External trade statistics-User's guide, which

ap-peared in 1982 in ali the official languages of the

Community, gives an overview of the external trade

publications issued by Eurostat.

The SOEC thanks the statistical services of the

Member States for their cooperation in maintaining

the quality of Community statistics.

Introduction

1. Standard methodology in the external trade

statlstlcs of the Communlty and statlstlcs of trade

between Member States

Since 1 January 1978, the provisions of Council

Regulation (EEC) No 1736/75 on the external trade

statistics of the Community and statistics of trade

between Member States have been implemented by

ali Community countries. On this date therefore,

Eurostat amended its procedures and now publishes

ali external trade statistics in accordance with

uniform principles (with the exception of a few

special movements of goods such as those for

bunker supplies and ships' stores, returned

consign-ments, joint production, postal consignconsign-ments, mixed

consignments, etc., which have not yet been

standardized). The harmonization of concepts and

de.finitions leads inevitably to a change in the

information content of the statistics and thus to a

certain extent to a break in the homogeneity of the

time series-a state of affairs to be noted,

par-ticularly with regard to analyses covering long

periods.

2. Sources

The sole source for the Community statistics are the

results communicated to Eurostat by the Member

States in standard form.

3. Reportlng perlod

The reporting period is normally the calendar month,

but Community results by Nimexe codes and SITC

headings are only drawn up quarterly and annually,

and by CCT headings only annually.

4. Scope

The external trade statistics of the Community and

statistics of trade between Member States include ali

goods which:

• enter or leave the statistical territory of the

Community;

• circulate between the statistical territories of the

Member States.

5. System of recordlng

The results of Community statistics refer to special

trade. This is taken to mean:

• the immediate import and the import from

warehouses for free circulation, the import for

inward processing and the import after outward

processing (customs procedures);

• the export of goods from free circulation, the

export after inward processing and the export for

outward processing (customs procedures).

6. Exceptions and slmplified procedures

No data are processed in the Community statistics

for goods:

• contained in the list of exceptions in Annex B of

the abovementioned regulation (e.g. legal tender,

goods for diplomatie and similar purposes, certain

temporary imports and experts,· etc.),

• the value or weight of which do not attain the

national statistical threshold defined in Article 24 of

.the regulation,

• to which special provisions apply (e.g. certain

types of repairs, certain transactions by the armed

forces of a Member State or foreign armed forces

stationed on its territory, gold specie, etc.).

7. Survey a rea

The statistical territory of the Community comprises

the customs territory of the Community with the

exception of the French overseas departments and

Greenland. The statistical territory of the Federal

Republic of Germany and hence of the Community

includes the territory of West Berlin. Trade between

the Federal Republic of Germany and the German

Democratie Republic is not contained in the external

trade statistics of the Federal Republic of Germany

and thus not in the Community statistics. The

continental shelf is included in the statistical territory

of that State which lays claim to it.

8. Goods nomenclatures

This publication contains the results of the

Com-munity's external trade broken down in accordance

with the nomenclature of goods for the external trade

statistics of the Community and statistics of trade

between Member States (Nimexe).

Nimexe represents a statistical breakdown of the

EC's Common Customs Tariff (CCT) which was

produced from a breakdown of the 1955 Brussels

Tariff Nomenclature (BTN). From 1 January 1966, the

Member States of the EC aligned their national

foreign trade nomenclature so th at a correlation with

each Nimexe item could be achieved, although each

country has kept its own breakdowns and

subdivi-sions to meet its particular needs. Ali necessary data

on foreign trade for negotiations at EC level may th us

be obtained by the simple addition of Nimexe items.

The number of Nimexe headings which are at

present correlated has grown to about 7 600.

9. Reference and marketing area

-Partner countrles

Community, the country of origin is recorded; for

goods originating in third countries or in Member

States (and which are in free circulation in the

Community), the country of consignment; in the case

of exports, the country of destination.

Community results are broken down by countries of

origin, consignment and destination in accordance

with the Country nomenclature for externat trade

statistics of the Community and statistics of trade

between Member States: Geonom.

11. Value

The statistical value of imported goods is equal to the

dutiable value or equal to a value determined on the

basis of the concept of dutiable value (e.g. for

imports from other Member States) (cif).

The statistical value of exported goods is equal to the

value of the goods at the place and at the time they

leave the statistical territory of the exporting

Member State (fob).

Values are expressed in European currency units

(ECU).

The countries with which Community trade does not

amount to 100 000 ECU will not appear separately.

These values will, however, be included in the total

of the country groups and in the overall amounts.

12. Quantities

The net weight of aff goods is recorded, and where

so required in Nimexe, supplementary units of

measurement are given in addition to or in place of

this weight.

13. Publication

The present foreign trade statistics will for the year

1976 and the following years be available both on

microfiche and in book form. The microfiche issue

will normally appear two to three months before the

books.

The Analytical tables of external trade (Nimexe) now

appear in 12 volumes (A-L) each for imports and

exports, entitled 'Products by country': they are

classified by product categories according to the

Nomenclature for the Classification of Goods and

Customs Tariffs (CCCN) and show quantities, values

and supplementary units in each case. There is a

13th volume (Z) 'Countries by products', which gives

a breakdown of Community trade by trading partner

and Nimexe chapter (two-digit levet).

Dans les Tableaux analytiques du commerce

exté-rieur, I'Eurostat publie annuellement les résultats

détaillés du commerce extérieur de la Communauté

et du commerce entre ses États membres; ces

résultats sont fournis au niveau le plus bas de la

nomenclature des produits et pour chacun des pays

partenaires, dans deux séries (Nimexe et CTCI)

comprenant plusieurs volumes chacune.

Dans un volume de chaque série le commerce des

différents pays partenaires est également publié au

niveau des positions agrégées des nomenclatures.

Cette publication est complétée par le Bulletin

mensuel du commerce extérieur dans lequel

figu-rent des résultats mensuels et trimestriels

sélection-nés et, dans un numéro spécial, des séries

plurian-nuelles depuis 1958.

En outre, les résultats annuels et trimestriels sont

disponibles sous forme de microfiches. Depuis 1981,

les résultats sont également diffusés" en ligne" par

les banques de données d'Eurostat (Cronos,

Co-mext, Siena).

Par ailleurs, les publications générales de l'Office

(Statistiques de base de la Communauté, Eurostat

Revue etEurostatistiques) ainsi que les publications

sectorielles des statistiques de l'industrie, de

l'agriculture et de l'énergie reprennent les

principa-les données concernant le commerce extérieur.

Le Guide de l'utilisateur des statistiques du

commer-ce extérieur publié, en 1982, dans toutes les langues

officielles de la Communauté contient une liste des

publications d'Eurostat concernant le commerce

extérieur.

L'Office statistique remercie les Offices statistiques

des États membres de leur coopération dont dépend

la qualité des statistiques communautaires.

Introduction

1. Méthodologie uniforme des statistiques du

com-merce extérieur de la Communauté et du comcom-merce

entre ses États membres

Depuis le

1er

janvier

1978,

tous les États membres

appliquent les dispositions du règlement (CEE) no

1736/75

du Conseil sur les statistiques du commerce

extérieur de la Communauté et du commerce entre

ses États membres. Contrairement

à

l'usage

anté-rieur, les statistiques du commerce extérieur

publiées

à

partir de cette date par Eurostat

respec-tent ainsi des principes uniformes (mis

à

part

quelques mouvements de marchandises

particu-liers non encore harmonisés tels, entre autres,

l'avitaillement des navires et des avions, les

marchandises en retour, les fabrications

coordon-nées, les colis postaux et les assortiments).

L'har-monisation des notions et des définitions a pour

conséquence inévitable de modifier la portée de la

statistique et, partant, d'interrompre dans une

certaine mesure l'homogénéité des séries

chronolo-giques (effet dont il y a .lieu de tenir compte

particulièrement dans les analyses couvrant des

périodes prolongées).

2. Sources

Les résultats que les États membres transmettent

à

Eurostat sous forme normalisée constituent l'unique

source des statistiques communautaires.

3. Période de référence

En principe, la période de référence est le mois

calendaire. Toutefois, l'élaboration de résultats

communautaires selon les rubriques de la Nimexe et

les positions de la CTCI est seulement trimestrielle

et annuelle; selon les positions du Tarif douanier

commun elle est seulement annuelle.

4. Objet

Toutes les marchandises

• qui pénètrent sur le territoire statistique de la

Communauté ou qui le quittent,

• qui circulent entre les territoires statistiques des

États membres,

font l'objet des statistiques du commerce extérieur

de la Communauté et du commerce entre ses États

membres.

5. Portée du relevé

Les résultats des statistiques communautaires se

rapportent au commerce spécial. Celui-ci

com-prend, d'une part, des importations de

marchandi-ses mimarchandi-ses en libre pratique

à

leur arrivée ou

à

la

sortie des entrepôts, les importations après

perfec-tionnement passif (régimes douaniers); d'autre part,

les exportations de marchandises en libre pratique,

les exportations après perfectionnement actif et les

exportations pour perfectionnement passif (régimes

douaniers).

6. Exclusions et simplifications

Les statistiques communautaires n'élaborent pas de

données relatives aux marchandises

• qui sont reprises dans la liste des exclusions

figurant

à

l'annexe B du règlement précité (p. ex.

moyens de paiement ayant cours légal,

marchandi-ses

à

usage diplomatique et similaire, importations

et exportations

à

caractère passager, etc.),

• dont la valeur ou le poids n'atteint pas le seuil

statistique national défini conformément

à

l'article

24 dudit règlement,

• auxquelles s'appliquent des dispositions

particu-lières (p. ex. certaines réparations, certaines

trans-actions effectuées par les forces armées nationales

ou étrangères, or monétaire, etc.).

7. Territoire statistique

Le territoire statistique de la Communauté

com-prend le territoire douanier de la Communauté

à

l'exception des départements français d'outre-mer

et du Groenland. Le territoire statistique de la

république fédérale d'Allemagne et, par

consé-quent, celui de la Communauté, incluent le territoire

de Berlin-Ouest. Le commerce entre la république

fédérale d'Allemagne et la République

démocrati-que allemande n'est pas repris dans les statistidémocrati-ques

du commerce extérieur de la république fédérale

d'Allemagne ni, par conséquent, dans celles de la

Communauté. Le plateau continental est attribué au

territoire statistique de l'État qui le revendique.

8. Nomenclature des produits

La présente publication contient les résultats du

commerce extérieur de la Cqmmunauté, ces

résul-tats étant ventilés suivant la Nomenclature des

marchandises pour les statistiques du commerce

extérieur de la Communauté et du commerce entre

ses États membres (Nimexe).

La Nimexe constitue la ventilation statistique de la

nomenclature du Tarif douanier commun de la CE

(TOC), issue

à

son tour de la ventilation de la

Nomenclature pour la classification des

marchandi-ses dans les tarifs douaniers, dite Nomenclature de

Bruxelles de

1955

(NDB). Depuis le
