The European ParLiament,

meeting on 22

1982, gave

a

favourable op'inion on

the

proposaL

for

a

Counci L Regulation amending

the

Regulatjon (EEC) No 724175 estabLishing

a

European RegionaL DeveLopment Fund.

The Commission has agreed

a certain

number

of

amendments voted on that

occasion by

the

ParIiament.

In

consequence,

the

Commission, pursuant

to
