Login
To login to myACMTECH, go to
http://www .acmtech .com, enter your User ID and
Password in the bottom left panel, and hit Logon.
You may also access myACMTECH directly via
http://my .acmtech .com.
After logging in, you will see the newly revamped myACMTECH site. To the upper right, you will see the current month’s promotions and specials. You will also see the new features that myACMTECH has to offer you: functions such as search and Browse for products, account management, Marketing materials, support and contact information can be accessed from the navigation bar.

One of the newly added features to myACMTECH is the ability to browse our entire product line by their Product Type filter. From here you can browse our line of products by their Main Category of
eQuipMent & accessories, coMpatipLe suppLies, oeM suppLies, and coMpatiBLe parts. You
are then able to narrow down your selection by selecting the proDuct type > BranD > MoDeL
nuMBer . After you have made your selection, you
will see all the parts and supplies that ACM has available for your selection.

By Keyword
Using the blank field next to the red search button, you will be able to search for any product that ACM carries by using any keyword for your product. From this search function you can search by brand,
model number, oeM number, or acM item number.
myACMTECH is now equipped with 3 new, improved searching functions. 1. Search by KEYWORD
2. Search via QUICK FIND (MANUFACTURER)
3. Search via QUICK ORDER (Up to 5 items can be entered at one time)
Using the red Quick Find box to the upper left, you can narrow your search by manufacturer. After selecting the manufacturer, you can specify the oeM
number, model number, or the acM item number in the search box below the
drop down.
Using the blue Quick Order box to the left, you can search up to 5 items on one single search query. The quick order box will only be able to search by

Shopping Cart
After the search query is initiated, you will see the results of your search in the right panel. From here you will be able to see the OEM number, the ACM number, product description, brand(s), compatible models, inventory level, price and also have the ability to add the item to the shopping cart. From the search results panel, you can add the desired item to the shopping cart, or you can update all the desired quantities for multiple items and click the aDD aLL to cart button.
After all the desired items have been added to the shopping cart, the checkout process can be initiated. You can first check the contents of your shopping cart by click the shopping cart button the upper right. From the Shopping Cart you are able to change quantities, delete items, or empty the shopping cart completely. When you are ready to checkout, hit the red checkout button.

Step 1: Complete Your Billing and Shipping Information
Step 2: Select a Shipping Method and a Payment Method
On the 1st step of the checkout process, you can
select the address of where you would like your order to ship. There are some preset options provided.
1. Ship to the DeFauLt shipping aDDress that we have on record for you.
2. Pickup at any of our 4 wiLL caLL locations, 3. Drop ship to an address you created
previously.
4. aDD a new Drop ship aDDress. By checking the box “Save this shipping Address”, you can also save the newly created shipping address in the DROP SHIP ADDRESS drop down for future use.
Use the speciaL instructions field for any additional notes you would like to add regarding the order.
On the 2nd step of the checkout process, you can
select the shipping MethoD for your order. You have choices of UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight.

In the 3rd step of the checkout process, you can
once again review your order. Under BiLLing
inForMation, please verify that payment terms
and other fields are correct. Under shipping
inForMation, please verify that your Ship To
address is correct.
Under shipping DetaiLs you can verify the items in your order and ship from branch location. If you made an error and want to make changes, please click on the cart button on the upper right and make any necessary changes before starting the checkout process.
When you are ready to continue, hit the suBMit
orDer button. If you are paying by credit card,
you will be redirected to Step 4 of the checkout process.
If your payment term is creDit carD then you will be redirected to the 4th step of the checkout

Review Account Profile
User Administration
To view your order history, select account > orDer
history. By selecting an Order Date Range and
hitting the Query button, you can see a list of your order history with ACM Technologies. You are able to view the details of each order by using the Details hyperlink and you can instantly track your order from your shipper by clicking on the Tracking Number hyperlink. You also have the option to download the invoice or create an Excel file of your order history.
To review your account profile, select account >
reView account proFiLe. Under Review Account
Profile, you can see your current Billing information. From this screen, you are able to change your default shipping address by selecting the address from the drop down menu, seLect FroM saVeD
coMpany aDDress.
To access user administration, select account >
user aDMinistration. Under user administration,
you can add additional users within your

To view current marketing promotions, click on the banner on the top right of the screen, or select
Marketing > proMotions from the navigation
bar. Click on the banner for the promotion that you want to see details for. From there, you can view the items in the promotion; click on the item details to add the desired quantity to your cart.

You can now fill out an online form for a Return Authorization Request for defective products. Select
support > reQuest For rMa from the navigation
bar. Fill in the form, giving as much details as possible, and hit the Submit button. A customer service representative will contact you shortly in regards to your request.
