Effective learning
At Kaplan Aspect you will make rapid progress towards your
language goals with our carefully designed curriculum. Our highly
trained and inspiring teachers will use the very latest teaching
methods to help you reach your full potential.
Communicate in English
Using an extensive range of classroom materials, your experienced and enthusiastic teachers will cover the complete range of linguistic skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary. In addition, our proven communicative method develops confidence and fluency in your spoken English by encouraging you to try out immediately the new skills you have learnt.
Take control of your learning
Take the language learning process into your own hands by spending time using our computer and multimedia facilities and interactive software. You might choose to research vocabulary for business, revise your tenses or work on your pronunciation.
Support, motivation and progress
Throughout your course your progress will be monitored regularly and recorded in your Individual Student File. Meetings with your teacher will identify key areas for improvement and keep you focused, whilst progress tests will help maintain your motivation and show when you are ready to advance to the next level.
A record of your achievement
At the end of your course you will receive the Kaplan Aspect course certificate detailing your level of proficiency in the English language. Such a record of your achievement will contribute to your academic or professional profile, providing documented proof of your improved language skills.
The chart below shows the progress you can make with a Kaplan Aspect language course. On arrival at your school you will be given a proficiency test to enable our staff to place you in the correct class for your level of language ability. Regular progress tests during the course will then allow your teachers to monitor your level of improvement. Typically, students on an Intensive English course take just ten weeks to progress from one language level to the next.
Please note that 10 weeks per level is just a guide to average progress rates. We cannot guarantee an exact period of study over which specific language goals can be attained.
