INTRODUCTION
RC44 Marstrand Cup 2015 is the fifth edition of the Swedish stop on the RC44 Championship Tour.
This guidebook will provide you with all information about the schedule for the week, maps of the event areas and race areas as well as useful information about the commodities and services that are provided on the Marstrand island and its surroundings.
Practical information
The island of Marstrand is connected via ferry from the island of Koön where you amongst other things will find the tech area, the supermarket, and an ATM. If you arrive by taxi you will be dropped off by the ferry if you are staying on the island. Cars are generally not allowed on Marstrand. If you need a larger supermarket you will find one in the village of Ytterby, 20 min drive from Marstrand. You will find a few more facilities in the city of Kungälv, 25 min drive from Marstrand. Should this not be sufficient there is a large shopping center just north of Gothenburg, about 30 min drive.
The two islands have different zip codes so if you are looking for a facility with the zip code 442 66 it’s on Koön, if it’s 442 67 it’s on Marstrand!
