Running the CNS program is as easy as 1,2,3. Enclosed you will find all the neccessary
information you need to run a successful school program.
Helpful Tips to Run a Successful Program
1) Decide on a date you want your order to arrive. Count back approximately 5 weeks, this is when the information should go home with the students. WA STATE SCHOOLS PLEASE ENTER YOUR LOCAL SALES TAX RATE ON THE PARENT ORDER FORM AND TALLY SHEET. If unsure please call us at 1-800-642-3123.
2) Copy, Modify or Design your own Parent Order Form and Parent News Letter for everyone participating in the Sale. Sending a parent news letter with the order form gives you the chance to set a due date and other important information (a sample of such a letter is enclosed). Make sure dollar amounts match. When tallying your order keep shipping cost serprate.
3) Allow 1 to 2 weeks for the participants to return their orders with payment. Please note that you may have some late orders, therefore, it is always a good idea to wait a few days after your due date before placing your order. Build this time in when choos-ing a arrival date.CNS only accepts same day order add-ons. This means any add-on orders received after the day your order was placed will be processed as a new order and shipping charges will apply.
4) There is a $36.00 minimum shipping cost on all orders. Parents are to pay $1.50 per item that they order to help cover this cost. If you think orders will be under 20 items please figure out how to cover the sipping cost. Example: 1-20 items = $36.00, 20 or more items $1.50 per item (except visors) paid by each parent for what they order.
5) Make an EXTRA COPY of the tally sheet to record orders as they come in, then transfer the whole number to the tally sheet (do not use hash marks or zero) and fax or call the number on the tally sheet into CNS. (Keep the individual order form so when the order arrives you can match them up) ALL ORDER MUST SHIP TO A SCHOOL. PAYMENT IS DUE NET 15.
6) When your order arrives PLEASE CHECK THE ORDER AGAINST THE PACKING SLIP and then take a moment to verify items ordered with your tally sheet. Damaged or missing items must be reported to CNS within 15 days of the invoice date to receive a replacement.
7) Attach the parent order forms to the item (s) ordered. This makes it easier to hand out items to the correct individuals.

Why do you need a helmet?
IT’S THE LAW!
It is now illegal for anyone under 16 years
old to
ride bikes on the street without wearing a helmet. Many Ski
Areas & Resorts are now requiring ski helmets to be worn.
Every year, thousands of children are treated in hospital emergency rooms
for head trauma and injuries suffered in bike and ski falls and crashes.
Even a “minor” head injury can cause long term problems if not
permanent personality changes and learning disabilities.
No one can say for certain that any bicycle accident is totally avoidable
or that any injury can be completely prevented. One thing is certain,
wearing a helmet when riding reduce the risk of head injury.
