This analysis extends from reservoir to point of transfer enabling you to make comprehensive value based decisions. We conduct such valuations on either a closed book or open book basis for the purposes of an intended acquisition or disposal.

We can assist in assessing all relevant technical, commercial and political information to prepare a suggested bid range and tactical negotiating brief tailored to each specific acquisition.
Where disposals are required, we can set up virtual and physical data rooms and cover administrative issues such as confidentiality agreements, promoting and screening buyers, organising prospective buyer visits through to obtaining buyer offers for consideration.
We will work with others to provide full support to the point of concluding any Sales and Purchase Agreement.
