Security Management (1)
NTT Com's Security Operation Center (SOC) is operated by security engineers 24/7 to provide customers with high-quality security worldwide, backed with multilingual support. The center must analyze and prevent threats from all angles, aiming to proactively
minimize risk everywhere possible in the customer's ICT environment.
For each customer, a security expert is placed in charge of security management and is dispatched to the customer's premises. Rather than merely overseeing network security, the SM becomes personally involved in preventing problems and providing advice and solutions. Each month they prepare a report about their customer's system operation, including any failure.
