Abstract--At the present many people uses the services of the wireless communication around the world. Today’s business execute their business in a way that was not at all possible in previous day’s there is no wireless media is available but today’s network is very strong and all network is wireless. Billions of people having their mobile phones this all mobile phones uses the wireless contact but this communication is not acceptable to the business because of today’s business feel like be able to attach to their offices when they are out of location means they are not in their offices at that time they want to connect to the their office means they can handle their PC’s attached in LAN network and access their data when necessary or wanted at any destination.
At the moment there are number wireless services is existing, but we are going to develop the MCICPL protocol, that provides much pleasure to the client. We are arrival to develop Technology which acts as link or association between the PC’s is in LAN and GPRS supported mobile. In this scheme we are Using Linux as an operating platform and build up an interactive communication between GPRS supported mobile and PC’s in LAN network and
Maintain all process in a LAN. Using the simple GPRS supported mobile existing in a Market. User can perform the Screen capturing (remote PC’s screen on Mobile), File Handling (read file, write file, upload file, download file), operating system control (launch or start application, Quit Application, Restart, Turn off).
User can handle PC’s in LAN, We also providing validation or authentication to the user who access LAN. Basic motto of the designing this system is communicate with stationary (static), PC’s, WIFI devices , GPRS supported mobile, Laptop. We can perform any type of communication means PC to PC, Mobil to PC, PC to mobile.

I. INTRODUCTION
GPRS Network supports to the communication of data or transferring of data, even though GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) is allow transmitting data to the Internet and it is used for communication. The GPRS services provide a packet switch data transmission within GSM network and packet access to data networks.

GPRS NetworkSGSN (Serving GPRS Node) is the very substantial part of GPRS network SGSN of the GPRS is very similar to the MSC of The GSM network. In GPRS network there is at least one SGSN is present SGSN is having its own coverage area
Main functions of SGSN: for minimizing the transmitted data it use data compression. It also gives validation to user and routing of data GGSN (Gateway GPRS supported
node): Is used for Gateway to external node. GGSN accepts connection request from SGSN that is in another PLMN
Functions of GGSN: Route packet send from outer network, It also allocate static and dynamic IP address to mobile with help of DHCP
When GGSN receive data address to specific user in the mobile network it first checks if the address is active or not. If active then forwards the data to the SGSN otherwise data is discarded.
II. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The complete diagram show that three part proposed protocol GPRS Stack and TCP stack. Application layer of our mobiles normal browser from where information is send to the IP x.25 Application layer allows to network layer to carry 128 byte of data for sending or passing. From network layer data is send to the SNDCP it is also called as sub network dependent convergence. Network layer is capable of working on data link layer and sub network layer then from SNDCP data is passed to three main layer of our proposed protocol i.e. LLC, RLC, and MAC. In first layer LLC it transmit signaling SMS and Sub network dependence protocol packet. It is mainly used for the error management and flow control of data. It provides services to RLC and network sub layer.
This layer is used for information convey there are two types of modes. 1) Acknowledge node. 2) Unacknowledged mode. In acknowledge it retransmit data if reply is not required or received. In unacknowledged mode there is no need of acknowledgment. LLC layer having two options 1) Protected 2) Unprotected
If error or some mismatches occur in data then frame then frame will be discarded then this is called as protected. In unprotected mode if the error occur in information then it corrects that frame and sends packets to the RLC layer

MAC: MAC layer it provides efficient multiplexing of data and control signaling on both the uplink and downlink this process is controlled by the network.Physical layer consist of two parts Radio frequency layer and physical link layer. It transmit raw bits rather than logical data packets.
Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocol is dependent on OSI layer. Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocol carry IP datagram for GPRS network between SGSN and GGSN. Those layers are listing mode so it just accept and transfer it to the next layer. GPRS subscriber and GPRS backbone network use different IP network unseen to subscriber. GTP this allows end users of a GSM network to move on place to place and continuing to connect to the internet
TCP: Web browser uses TCP when they connect to server on the World Wide Web.
III. VEIN DIAGRAMS
Problem Definition:
Let S be the communication protocol which will make the LAN connection between mobile and computer’s; such that S={P,M,D,O,L |for all S}
Where P represents set of PC’s; P={p0,p1’p2,….pn} and M represent the set of mobile; M={m0,m1,m2,…mn} and D represent Set of Document file; D={d0,d1,d2,…dn} and O represents the Operating system; O={o1} and L represents the Linux Command’s L={l0,l1,l2,…ln}
Activity 1: Let fm be a rule of M into P such that for given mobile there is a PC server E.g. fm(M0)->{Pn} for all P
Activity 2: Let fm be a rule of M into D such that for given mobile contains the multiple documents. E.g. fm (M0) -> {Dn} for all D
Activity3: Let fm be the rule of O into L such that for given O.S there is number of commands. E.g. fm (O0) -> {Ln}
Mobile to PC’s (many to many)
One O.S Number of Command
IV. ANALYSIS
Function may contain:-
1. Connection request management as per efficiency issue 2. O.S. Control function will execute n times.
3. File sharing function will execute n times. 4. Authentication function will execute n times.
5. Connection request manager function will execute n times to get required result
Since function returns n times for any given inputs; Let there be n number of Mobile user’s referring server. For e.g. fm(s0)->{m0,m1..,mn} € M. Where s is server and m be mobile user’s
Hence, it is always O (n/2) efficient. Now,
1. If user is authenticated then LAN server gives access to user.
2. Mobile users can upload and download file then reaches to PC’s and Vice-versa.
3. If mobile user want map screen of LAN PC’s then capture screen easily.

VI. CONCLUSION
It has been shown that using MCICPL application we can monitor and control LAN network from Remote Location. Using MCICPL, We control over any which can present any where, for example laboratories, offices, call centers, without physical location system from.
It provides facility to the mobile user to handle all function of the system from server. Mobile user can start or shutdown any pc on the network.
He can perform operation like File handling (upload file, download file, share file, read file, write file) and O.S Control (start application kill application), screen capturing, monitor current process of client. In this technology we don’t required any software and hardware
except mobile.A MCICPL gives Interactive

User can give the input to the proposed system from remote location. So, MCICPL protocol is more Technically, Economically and operationally feasible.MCICPL protocol makes the life of user simple by giving him remote access to his server so; MCICPL protocol is further annex of accessing LAN server control through mobile to making it more sophisticated to access server. We are also providing authentication to client who wants to share data Basic concept behind this topology is to develop a interactive network consisting of static computer, WIFI, laptop, devices, GPRS.
