On 07/05/06 Inspector Lisa Jacobs and I performed a recon sampling inspection at the above facility. Samples for FCB, NH3-N,

cBOD,COD, pH, and DO were collected at four sites. Sample 1 was from upstream of bridge and discharge pipe, Sample 2 was from pool downstream of bridge, Sample 3 was from effluent pipe, and Sample 4 was from downstream pool near red house. Also the plant was inspected and found to have been maintained in accordance with the permit. Effluent samples revealed two violations: pH of 4.66 and NH3-N of 11.2. See attached photos and sample results for further details. No flow was found in the stream at the time of sampling.
