You generally know exactly what a product has to be able to do. Experience tells us, however, that these needs and expectations can change over time. With that in mind, it's good to know that Rowa automation systems can adapt to every change your pharmacy goes through. Thanks to their modular design, they can easily be expanded and updated with additional equipment. The only benchmark for that: your pharmacy.

Stay cool: with the Rowa refrigerated unit.

Some medications must be stored at a constantly low temperature. The Rowa refrigerated unit recognizes when stocks are input whether they need to be cooled or not. The Rowa Vmax automatically sorts packs that must be kept cool directly into the integrated refrigerated unit.

Saving time by pressing a button: with the Rowa ProLog®_system.

To make it as simple as possible to input new stock, we developed the ProLog system, a system that takes care of inputting stock—automatically, quickly and efficiently. The boxes from the wholesaler are simply emptied into the system, and ProLog takes care of the rest. Loading can take place anywhere: directly at the system, separately from the system using Rowa conveyor technology or even on a different floor.

Integrated stock input: the Rowa iProLog®_system.

The iProlog system enables fully automated stock input without additional equipment. That’s because the iProLog input system is integrated directly in the Rowa Vmax. As a result, no external solutions are necessary. A flap is opened and the new stock poured in; the system takes care of the rest. Easy, uncomplicated and quick.

Getting there quickly:

with customized conveyor technology.

With a Rowa system, you always make the best possible use of the space offered by your pharmacy. Our machines can be placed where you have room for them. And if this requires the use of conveyor systems, we have a solution for that, too. Individualized labels: Rowa Label.

Rowa Label is an especially practical and useful addition for maintaining an overview, particularly for larger orders—from retirement homes, for example. The fully automatic system labels medication packs, printing all key information on the labels: how the medication is to be taken, information from the pharmacy IT system and, of course, the pharmacy logo. That is customer focus at an advanced level.

From the bottom to the top: the cleaning module.

The cleaning module cleans the system’s glass shelves, removing the paper dust that can result when medication boxes rub together. All you have to do is tap the touchscreen of the Rowa Vmax, and the cleaner goes to work. And the inside of your Rowa Vmax is clean as a whistle.

Service around the clock: Rowa Visavia®_.

Visavia can be many things, all at once: an order collection terminal, a self-service point for non-pharmacy items and a consultation terminal for pharmacy-only and prescription-only medications. It lets pharmacies offer their customers 24-hour service. Due to the differing legal situations within Europe, the ways in which the Visavia system can be used by pharmacies vary.

Picking bulk orders: with the Rowa Box-System.

The Rowa Box-System automates the steps that lie between an order and the finished, filled box. It handles larger orders, too, quickly and trouble-free—such as orders from retirement homes and hospitals or, especially for hospital pharmacies, picking for individual departments. The system gets the information it needs from the pharmacy IT system. Working order by order, it picks the necessary packs, labels them and places them in boxes together. From the order to delivery, it’s automatic and reliable.
