When you know that you will need to access firm documents while out of the office, the most convenient place to save them is in DM. Your list of RECENTLY
EDITED DOCUMENTS is the same, regardless of the
computer you use to log into the network. Another benefit of saving your documents to DM is performing a profile or content search to find documents not listed in your recently edited list.
If saving to DM is not appropriate, save the document to your MY DOCUMENTS folder. Access to your MY
DOCUMENTS folder is available both in the office and
through Citrix which makes it an ideal document storage location. Create folders to help organize documents and make them easier to find.
