ONLINE DASHBOARD SERVICES

Star Data Systems offers a wide range of dashboard services to its clients, and uses the latest technology in providing you with secure and flexible access to the information we collect on your behalf.

Information provided on a standard basis include:

• Virtual Monitoring ™ Services – Almost all of the calls made from our call center are recorded and made available to our clients for monitoring right from their desktop PC’s. Recordings are also available in MP3 format for downloading. • Online Tabulations – Topline results and real-time cross tabs are available to our

clients for many of the surveys we perform for them.

• Mail Survey Reports – Mail survey information, such as which sample lists have been mailed, how much postage remains in your account, and same-day counts of questionnaires returned by respondents are presented to our clients as part of our commitment to service.

In addition, Star Data Systems offers a variety of custom dashboards, tailored specifically to our clients’ needs. These data portals offer specific information for a wide range of projects from customer satisfaction studies and mixed-mode surveys to risk-management surveys for insurance underwriters.

Security

Star Data’s online dashboards are hosted at a secure, state-of-the-art hosted-server environment in Austin, Texas with T-3 access to the internet, 24 hour security, backup generators, and a service level agreement that provides the highest and most reliable access available. All dashboard objects are stored in a SQL Server database, which provides outstanding security and flexibility in creating and generating reports. The Star Data Systems Dashboard site utilizes industry standard SSL security protocols verified by Verisign, Inc. Clients are assigned a secure login, password and company code which they must use in order to access the site. The

dashboard security utilizes a hierarchical protocol which allows for up to four different levels of

https://www.stardatasystems.com/dashboard Once you arrive at the dashboard the client must enter the following information:

• Username: (provided separately in an email to the client)

• Password: (provided separately in an email to the client)

• Company Code: (3-4 letter code provided separately in an email with the password)

This will take you to your main dashboard screen where you will have a variety of options, depending on the dashboard services that are available to you. These options are presented in dark grey on the left side of the main dashboard screen, as shown below.

By clicking on the appropriate option, the client can view individual survey

questionnaires, view a variety of custom reports, including current tables and graphs, listen to survey recordings with the Virtual Monitoring ™ option, and create additional logins for managers of other departments in the client organization.

In the last case, the client may choose to limit a manager’s viewing privileges to a particular district, region or other division of the client organization so that the integrity and security of survey data from other parts of the company are preserved while the local manager retains access to all data in his or her district..

In the pages that follow, we have shown examples of the types of reports and capabilities that are available on the Star Data Systems dashboard.

The screenshot below shows an example of a Virtual Monitoring Screen. The client logs on, chooses the survey or provider he wishes to monitor, then selects a recording to listen to. All files are in mp3 format and can be downloaded or listened to directly from the dashboard.

Here is an example of a tabular report in PDF form available on a client dashboard but limited to the Branch shown in the right hand column. (There are over 200 branches). The report is selected from the dashboard and a PDF generated “on the fly” for the user:

Here are two graph examples of an annual employee satisfaction created on the dashboard and available to each employee with his or her individual login. The graph report can be viewed on the dashboard or also be downloaded as a PDF from the dashboard and saved on the user’s desktop PC:

Here is an example of a “rollup” tabular report showing a summary of satisfaction measures broken out by regions and call center activity. The report is available on the dashboard as well as in Excel format:

The example below illustrates a reporting portal which provides a real-time status of risk-management surveys in progress for an insurance company. This portal provides each underwriter with a summary of their calls in progress as well as link to the display the report. The report is generated as a PDF from the data provided to the dashboard from our CATI system. This report, as well as most of the dashboard reports in this format are also downloadable as Excel files:

The reports below are examples of a customer satisfaction survey dashboard highlighting complaints made by customers. The report can sorted and filtered by whether or not the respondent made any comment, made only an unfavorable comment or by the respondents’ answers to any of the customer satisfaction questions. This is an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) survey, so if the user clicks the “Listen Now” field, a recording of the survey will be played. In addition, if the user clicks the “view survey” field, a PDF will be generated which will show the questionnaire and the respondent’s answers to this survey:

Star Data Systems also prints, mails and processes BRM mail surveys and scans paper questionnaires of all kinds, from postcard-size surveys to 56 page lifestyle survey

questionnaires for large social research government studies. Here is an example of a mail survey dashboard and two examples of PDF’s available from the dashboard:
