A PEACEFUL COUNTRYSIDE SETTING FULL OF CHARM

Your new home at Six Acres is nestled perfectly in the Oxfordshire countryside, just 10 miles from central Oxford. The village of Warborough is charming and full of character, with thatched cottages and a 13th century church. The welcoming community benefits from a shop, a pub, as well as a village green which plays host to cricket and football games.

The Six Bells is a 17th century pub where you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere by the open fire in the winter months and soak up the sun in the beer garden in the warmer months.

Nearby Oxford offers the perfect cultural balance – a fantastic shopping destination with independent boutiques as well as high street names, and plenty of choice when it comes to dining and entertainment.

Enjoy both city and countryside living with the Chilterns on your doorstep. Follow the River Thames to picturesque landscapes and towns, enjoying a walk with nature along one of Britains best loved walking routes.

Alternatively, discover many golf courses in the area and other country pursuits including Wallingford Rowing Club.
