Reader 2.2
New Features
l Print from right-click context menuin Windows Explorer. When Nitro is your default PDF viewer,
clicking Print in the right-click context menu will open the PDF and automatically send it to your printer.
l doc.spawnPagesFromTemplateJavaScript function at runtime. This JavaScript function is used to
add new pages to the active PDF document (based on a hidden template created at time of form design).
l Keyboard input language detection. Text insertion tools (Type Text, Form Fields, etc.) will
is set as the default input language.
l Disable line widthwhen rendering path objects. Enabling this preference (from the Page View
preferences section) will ensure line widths are ignored when path objects are rendered. This is use-ful when working with very complex and line-heavy architectural or engineering documents.
l Rich text annotation / form field support. Annotations or form fields using rich text (bold, italics)
will be rendered accordingly.
Updates
l Keyboard shortcutsare no longer overwritten. Improved storage management of shortcuts
pre-serves custom settings across application sessions.
l JPEG2000 image rendering. Color rendering accuracy for some JPEG2000 encoded images has
been greatly improved.
l Many bug fixes and improvements. Many improvements in PDF rendering, printing and general
application quality have been included in this version.

Install Procedure
(Administrative privileges are required to complete the installation) 1. Download the installer and double-click to run it.
2. Click Next to accept the license agreement, and follow the prompts by clicking Next. 3. Click Install to begin the install process, and then click Finish when complete.
4. Use the License Manager to enter your license code and activate Nitro PDF Professional.
Uninstall Procedure
(Administrative privileges are required to complete the installation) 1. In the Windows Start Menu, select Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, click on Add/Remove Programs (Windows Xp), or Programs and Features (Win-dows Vista / 7)
3. In the list of installed programs, right-click on Nitro PDF Reader 2 and then click Uninstall. 4. The uninstall process will prompt you if any running applications must be closed, and will then
