replicated site and live webinar feeds are made available to affiliates at a cost of $9.95/month. This cost is NON-commisionable and an
affiliate shall not receive any commissions for referring other affiliates. Commissions may only be earned on sales of retail digital
products Pro, Elite, Unleashed, Monopoly, Market Xtreme and Genesis.

Products and Pricing
*Personal Volume (PV) - The total volume of your personal orders purchased directly from DS Domination.
*Sales Volume (SV) - The total volume of sales as an active affiliate selling DS Domination products.
Active Affiliate Definition and Conditions
• Affiliates are required to register separately from customers. DS Domination affiliates and customers are mutually exclusive. Registering as a cu
stomer does NOT automatically make the user an affiliate and vice versa.
• An affiliate is NOT required to own any products in DS Domination to earn commission on them as long as they qualify for the product.
The qualification conditions for earning commissions are:
Pro – 20PV OR 60 SV (monthly volume)
Elite – 100PV OR 300 SV (monthly volume)
Unleashed – 250 PV OR 750 SV (lifetime volume)
Monopoly – 500 PV OR 1500 SV (lifetime volume)
Market Xtreme – 200 PV OR 600 SV (lifetime volume)
Genesis – 1500 PV OR 3900 SV (lifetime volume)
• *PV represents Personal Volume, representing items purchased for personal consumption. SV represents Sales Volume and is indicative of total
sales volume generated by an affiliate directly (the affiliate’s first tier).
• An affiliate may not earn ANY commissions on referring other affiliates. Commissions can only be generated when a referred user purchases o
ne of DS Domination products as a customer.
• Individuals are not allowed to change sponsorship. They may rejoin a different sponsor after a period of 6 months of no activity. Commissions g
enerated are placed as ‘Pending’ for 24 days, and are thereafter moved to ‘Approved’. This is to allow time for any fraud or related issues to be detected.
• In case of chargebacks (either from misrepresented information or fraud), $35 will be deducted from the referring affiliate’s balance per instanc
e.
