Prices given in subsequent slides includes the following services 0 License for Products

0 Preferred Roles assumed by AdvOSS for a full 99.999% availability SLA

Discounts depend on the Pre-Launch roles performed. Assuming partner does the Marketing, Business Development, Sales and System Integration itself, the following are indicative numbers.

Small Service Providers 50K subscribers:

List Price: $600K for each product line

For the full range, it will be $1.8 million for all three product lines

Partner Suggested Prices:

$250K for individual Product Line (58% off list price)

$200K per Product Line in combination or $600K for all three Product Lines (66% off list price)

Medium Size Service Providers 500K subscribers:

List price $2 Million for each product line.

Partner Suggested Prices:

$800K for each product line (60% off list price)

$666K for each product line in combination or $2 million for all three product lines (66% off list price)

Less than small, Large and Very Large Service Providers:

To be negotiated on a case to case basis
