In the ERP system the meal plan is changed and Campus
Connect automatically makes the change in the meal plan system, and directly charges the student’s account in the ERP for the $5
that was overspent. All with no manual intervention.

ECSU provides a weekly $-based laundry account based on Residence Hall data.
• Campus Connect gets Res Hall info from ERP
• Every week new funds are added; funds rollover
(a different school does similar but replaces funds instead rolling them over – your “rule set”)
• If a student moves out of the Res Hall funds are immediately removed

SEU has similar staff laundry privilege integration rules. An RD is a staff member in the ERP, but because they live in the Res Hall as per the nature of their assigned role in ERP they receive a
