Our School Camp package incorporates hands on
engagement by our specially trained and highly skilled
activity staff. Our staff are with your group building
genuine rapport with the students and actively engaging
them across the whole program and its outcomes.
With a full on 20 hours of facilitated programing over 3
days your students will get to experience a variety of high
action “core” activities, along with a selection of
recreation, education and just plain fun “electives”.
During designated free time sessions our staff will
facilitate a variety of games for the group, and at night
time we will keep them engaged and active while the
supervisors get a chance to unwind.
Our School Camp package has been designed around our
purpose built centres, and delivers a structured and
sequenced program.

Apex Camp Lake Tinaroo is located on the breathtaking
Atherton Tablelands 1 hour inland from Cairns in tropical
Far North Queensland.
Apex Camp Mudjimba is located in the tranquil Sunshine
Coast suburb of Twin Waters.

Activity Blocks:

Students are allocated into Activity Groups, where strict student to accredited staff ratios are
maintained.

Supervisors stay free, based on 1 free supervisor for every 10 paying students.
Price per additional supervisors is $130.

All prices are based on a weekday camp (Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday) during
school term.

Apex Camps can accept bookings with a minimum 30 students.

Apex Camps re

uires a group supervisor to remain with each activity group during the conduct of
activities to manage behaviour.

Group supervisors are responsible for students during all times outside of facilitated activity times.

Apex Camps recommends that schools allocate teachers/supervisors to a ratio of 1 for every activity
group plus 1.
