6. Project Descriptions:

The sandwich intern will gain valuable experience in: Supporting and working together with different

levels of staff in CLP to manage company-wide projects like staff communication forum, leadership development programmes, graduate trainee recruitment, employee opinion survey follow up and other cultural change initiatives Coordinating and organizing career fairs /

campaigns for targeted parties/audiences to promote CLP brand and career opportunities Supporting career website revamp exercise to

promote CLP’s employer brand

Planning and organizing the corporate L&D

Conducting research and analysis to support talent acquisition and development strategies

Objective(s):

Our aim is to offer extensive exposures to the intern on different aspects of human resources functions. The intern will gain exposures in the following areas when assisting project owner/mentor to deliver the project : Coordinating and involving in the

discussion/communication meetings with different levels of generation staff (i.e. BHs, SHs, Team Leader & frontline staff) on the behaviors driven to innovation and categorization of tradesman type (i.e. welding, lifting..etc.)

Conducting market research and analysis and initiate innovative ideas on the ways of recognizing approach

6. Project Descriptions:

To review current staff behaviors and benchmark market best practices with the aim to develop a motivated recognizing mechanism to nurture innovative culture in GBG

To assist in reviewing current types of tradesman and studying feasible process of putting types of tradesman into EHRS

To provide project support in all aspects during project execution period

Objective(s):

We develop, drive, and maintain strategies for managing all aspects of the employee experience. We are seeking intern to work within Human Resources Function. This internship experience will allow

individuals to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world Human Resource

experiences. This internship opportunity is a great way to gain exposure to core HR functions, such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Staff Engagement and Talent Management.

6. Project Descriptions:

Provide project support to drive Talent Development initiatives, with a focus on co-designing talent development system. Provide project support to review staff

engagement initiatives. Plan and organize staff engagement events.

To assist in employee wellness and employee relations/ engagement initiatives

Conduct different types of analysis on employment statistics

Assist in monitoring and reviewing issues that have employee & labour relations implication
