Katy Sip n’ Stroll proudly benefits The Ballard House, a Cinco Charities, Inc. 501(c)3 non-profit beneficiary whose mission is to provide temporary housing in a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition. Ballard House through Cinco Charities® has been providing housing since 2008, to patients and their caregivers who travel to the Katy/Houston area for medical treatment. Cinco Charities® opened its doors to its new home on 21421 Cinco Park Road located off of Mason Road in Katy, TX on December 2013. The Ballard House, currently houses 24 guest suites and has been at 99% capacity since its opening. Your generous sponsorship and donations will make it possible to house many more patients and their caregivers.
Each year, The Ballard House offers 8,760 nights of FREE lodging. Each guest suite will house a maximum of 4 guests per night which totals 96 guests in the house. The norm is 48, two guests per room, the patient and their primary caregiver. Using this average, 8,760 night annually equals a staggering total of 17,520 lives touched each year.

Ballard House celebrated 1 year anniversary!
Over 10,000 of room nights provided celebrated in July 2015
The interior and exterior design is influenced by Arcadian Texas Hill Country and will offer twenty four guest suites with full baths and kitchenettes. The two story structure is approximately 20,000 square feet and will have a chapel, family room, game room, library, board room, community dining and kitchen, as well as laundry facilities.
Held at Villagio Town Center on Westheimer
Parkway at Peek Road in Katy, the event is a
