CODING IDEAS Affiliate Partner Proposal intends to strike partnership with web development Companies , Freelancer web programmers, or an individual , willing to outsource the project to CODING IDEAS on various web development projects, web based applications, and Emarketing Services. Upon accepting the Term & Condition of APP, you are being declared as CODING IDEAS Affiliate.

Terms & Condition for CODING IDEAS APP
1)
Standard Procedure
:
Stage 1 : Detailed Proposal to Affiliate
Before start working on any project outsourced by your organization, CODING IDEAS is liable to enquire about all the possible details, in regards to the project concerned.
Upon completion of the enquiry, CODING IDEAS would submit the
detailed proposal, which will explain the Project Specification, Pricing, and timeline concerned with the Project.
Please note that the Project Proposal depends on the Preferences,
Package chosen by you, and as per your Explanation about the outsourced Project.
Stage 2 : Acceptance of Proposal, And Signing Amount Completion
In the event of acceptance of Proposal, CODING IDEAS and affiliate would work as per the guideline mentioned in the proposal until the project completion.
Stage 3 : Execution ,Revision , & Completion of the Project Stage 4 : Due Payment Completion , and delivery of the Project
2) Confidentiality:
CODING IDEAS and Affiliate agrees to hold confidential and proprietary information owned by the affiliate’s Client, including information about the Client’s products, devices, patents, manufacturing methods, logos, or other information unique to the Client, (the “Client’s Proprietary Information”)
Client further agrees not to sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise display any animation(s) or illustration(s) (the “Content”) containing the Client’s Proprietary
Information without the express written consent of the Client. 3) Outsourced Project Costing / Quotes
The ideal way of dealing with the project quotes is CODING IDEAS would quote ‘x’ to Affiliate, and Affiliate would quote ‘Y’ to the end client .In no case, it is not mandatory for affiliate to Disclose ‘Y’ to CODING IDEAS. In order to simplify the quotes, CODING IDEAS has already designed standard instant packages, mentioned with this proposal.
4) Payment
Signing Amount: On Acceptance of project proposal by affiliate, affiliate has to pay
signing amount of 25 percent of total project cost to CODING IDEAS. In the event of project cancellation, signing amount is non refundable to Affiliate.
Due Payment: It is mandate for the Affiliate to pay Rest 75 percent, after the
completion of the Project.
5) Affiliate Client Content:
The CODING IDEAS’s right to use the CODING IDEAS’s client Content is conditioned
upon receipt of signing amount within 10 days of acceptance of proposal, and upon Client's compliance with the terms of this agreement.
6) Source Code / FTP Sharing of the Web Based Application
CODING IDEAS hereby agree to share the source code and FTP with the affiliate for all the product range that is web based. But CODING IDEAS is also entitled to keep the source copy of the product, in case affiliate subscribes for annual web maintenance, page edition, and addition services.
7) Project Timeline
Project Timeline and Deadline would be strictly followed as mentioned in proposal. In the event of incapability of CODING IDEAS to finish the proposal, CODING IDEAS would ask for project timeline extension request at least prior to 20 days of project completion date. In case of denial of extension request, CODING IDEAS agrees to refund back the signing amount.
8) ‘CODING IDEAS & Affiliate Client’ Portfolio Sharing Conditions
CODING IDEAS exposure on Affiliate Client Product is open for negotiation.
On being declared as CODING IDEAS Affiliate, CODING IDEAS is authorized to publish
the portfolio of Affiliate on CODING IDEAS’s publishing Platform like on www.CODING IDEAS.com
Please note that CODING IDEAS has the right to put on CODING IDEAS’s publishing
